Head and neck surgery can be challenging as the patients can be in respiratory distress or in great pain. We will review the complex anatomy of the head and neck and discuss common conditions involving investigations, surgical procedures and post operative care for a variety of conditions.

The course will cover conditions including
◾ventral neck exploratory surgery such as stick impalement
◾ear surgery
◾management of sinonasal diseases such as Aspergillus, laryngeal paralysis ◾tracheal disease
◾rhinoplasty

Emergency patient online

🚑Emergency cases can be some of the most fun and rewarding patients seen in veterinary practice. However, they can also be some of the more challenging and stressful patients to treat.
