Thursday's HOLEX Winter Network event was a great opportunity for Westminster Adult Education Service Principal Arinola Edeh CBE and Assistant Principal Alison Muggridge to meet and speak with Minister for Skills Jacqui Smith and showcase some of our transformational work with adult learners.
Alongside City Lit , WM College , Acis Group, and Coventry City Council's Adult Education Service, WAES provided a special visual showcase to demonstrate the vital importance of the lifelong learning sector. This featured our Community Quilt as well as some festive floristry produced by our learners including a piece for the minister herself.
