Fine Tune YOUR Practice!
I will be running this very popular workshop on Saturday the 30th of April at St. Meddans church in Troon.
As much as I love classes and flowing through asanas, sometimes it can be hugely beneficial to take some more time to really dive deep into what we are trying to do on the mat. Also, if you have been practicing online for the past two years or so, this is the perfect opportunity to get some in-person feedback.
As always this will be a supportive and relaxed environment where we leave competitiveness at the door :-)

Don't let Yoga become a problem. Yoga is meant to help with physical and mental wellbeing; so try not to stress about "doing it right", or not being "good enough".
Turning up and doing what is your best on any given day is plenty!
Why come to Yoga? Because it makes you feel good!
Yoga for Wellbeing, seven classes a week to chose from, both in person and online.
Adaptive Yoga. Everyone can do it. Hip or knee replacements, recovering from injury, unable to get up and down from the mat. Health conditions of any kind Youβre all welcome ππ»β₯οΈ
Back in person from January 10th! I have reduced the numbers a bit to allow a bit more personal space. I would also ask you so a lateral flow test before coming to class if at all possible.ππ
All regular online offerings are obviously still available!
SO looking forward to seeing you all in class!
Come find your wellbeing!
Time to get back to yoga! Or to take it up... Full schedule back on tomorrow, Monday Jan 3rd.
Online only for the coming week at least. Will reassess during the week whether it is safe to start back in person on the 10th.
See you all on the mat. ππ
All classes are on! Join me online for a bit of self care β₯οΈ
Wishing you all a happy festive period. Thank you SO much for your support, it is very much appreciated!π
I have moved all my classes to online after tonights. I think it's the sensible thing to do. The first and most important tenet in Yoga is Ahimsa - non harming, and I believe this approach to be the one that most aligns with it.
I am conscious not everyone is able to join online - but if you can, and haven't tried it, I ask you to give it a shot. You might be surprised.
At the moment I am planning on resuming in person the second week in January, but will obviously need to see what the situation is like at that point.
If you have a class package/pass that you are not able to fully utilize because of this just message me and I'll happily extend it.
Love, Carlo
I have reduced the number of spots in the in person classes to give everyone a bit more space.
Will make a call at the weekend about whether to move everything online from next week.
Any input welcome.π
The Wednesday evening classes have a new home! From the 29th of December they will be held at the Mossblown Community Centre.
Spaces will be limited to 10, so make sure you book early!ππ
Relaxed and approachable classes, where we breathe and move mindfully respecting our own unique body and capabilities. My aim is to guide you through practices that fosters long term mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
