Valenti's too won many more awards including 'Special Diplomas of Merit' for Vanilla, Chocolate and many more. Since 2008 Lee has dedicated his time, skill and knowledge to helping new 'wannabe' Gelato/Ice Cream makers, who wish to create their own 'quality standard'.
