As you may have already seen, tomorrow night is our first Members Only Social Event, Pool Night! It starts at 7pm at The Aardvark on Butts (not joking, that's the name of the road) across the road from Liberty Park.

This Pool Night will be our individuals event and the 1st Place prize is a customised RockSoc t-shirt with your name and the date of your victory on it!

Even if you're don't play pool, you're still welcome to come down anyway and have a few drinks!

As I’m sure you’re aware, this Tuesday is the Ivy House event for the society, 10pm-2am.

Because this event is about everyone having a good time and feeling like they are part of the society, I have come here to ask if there are any songs in particular anyone wants played on the evening.

Good afternoon, everyone!

Thank you thank you thank you so much for all turning up last night!

I will admit, it was bigger than we anticipated but it's a fantastic starting point and means that we can do more as a society!

I hope last night gave you all the opportunity to discover what the society was all about, as well as meeting other members and the Committee. I tried to get round to talk to you all at least for a little bit but there were so many of you, it was amazing! Hopefully I'll be able to make up the difference next Tuesday!

On the topic of next Tuesday, it's our second Tweeks event: Rock Night @ Ivy House! from 10pm til 2am. This is a staple of the the RockSoc Socials and has been happening long before any of us got here so this is the night to be looking forward to. We will have our very own DJ, bar and dancefloor to have an awesome RockSoc party so come along, bring your friends and let us show you what we're all about!

This week we lock off what will be the BIGGEST RockSoc yet!

It starts tomorrow night, 8-Late with our Welcome Night at The Phoenix. Come down, have a drink and meet RockSoc Members old and new. There's room for everyone!

We also have our first Rock Night @ Ivy House next Tuesday which is where things really begin to kick off! Come have a sing a dance, a drink and maybe a bit of fun!
