This activity is a fun way to develop early writing skills, as when children see adults writing they perceive that writing is important. This creates an inspiration to be a writer and to be part of this fascinating world of writing and reading!
By writing your lists together, your child will see how spoken words are converted to written words and will imitate what you are doing. This is an important element of creating a desire to write for a purpose.

So far this week we have absolutely loved exploring different textures by creating our very own science table which was super fun! We have been creating potions by pouring and emptying, mixing things together and sharing our idea with each other!
