We ask that you think about keeping your class safe, here are some guidelines you may wish to pass on to your group.

in the last 14 days OR had contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus & are experiencing cough/fever/shortness of breath: Please do not come to the Centre. You should STAY INDOORS & call NHS 111, even if symptoms are mild.

We understand that this may mean cancelling your class at very short notice, classes can be rearranged as and when it is appropriate.

As a reminder, everyone can help prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and public health professionals recommend that we:

* wash our hands often with soap and water; if that is not possible, use hand sanitizer
