I started training Jan 2021 feeling apprehensive after putting on a lot of weight during pregnancy. From the first session Jordan has made my sessions fun, engaging but challenging to the differing standards I've been at. He has helped me build stamina, fitness and strength whilst also helping my confidence. Jordan is easy to talk to, friendly, approachable and always there with any help or advice I need, knowing when to encourage and when I need a push to do better. I feel fitter than I have in years and stronger than I have ever been all thanks to training with Jordan.
Well it's been 2 months since starting the 28 day lifestyle change and I can't thank you enough Jordan (and Tammy Cruise for persuading me to try it). My weight hasn't changed much but my body is changing (16 inches in total!) and I'm eating so much better πŸ‘πŸ₯ŠπŸ’ͺ can't wait for the next block after a few Easter treats and a rest!!! 🐣🍫

I started Jords live lockdown workouta.
I spoke to him before hand and told him I wanted to tone and not really loose weight as I have a 15 week old baby and just want to tone up.
He helped and supported me with meal plan ideas and is always on the end of the phone for advice, encouragement and support.

A great 35 mile ride on the bike this morning, managed to beat previous attempt time up the Burway, 1.5 mile of solid incline! Great graft & pulled out a top speed of 50mph down the other side πŸ’¨πŸš²

Mixing up Julie's strength training programme with a 30 minute box-fit session on the pads........With padwork you can improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, body composition, reaction time, co-ordination, speed, agility and power & the intensity and the complexity of padwork can be tailored to meet the ability of any individual whether they are a complete beginner or a World champion boxer. Padwork also uses interval training which is great for fat loss, aerobic and anaerobic fitness. It's extremely fun, reduces stress levels and improve ones mood and can be a fantastic anti-depressant. A great day out at Llandegla on the mountain bikes yesterday, a good 15 miles of graft & some great climbs πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ finished the day off with a dip in Nant mill waterfall to aid recovery πŸ₯ΆπŸ’ͺ


With the hectic lifestyles we lead sometimes the most effective method of measuring success with a client is simply seeing them leave a session with a smile on there face, have a fantastic weekend all :)

"Most of my adult life I've been complacent in everything. Content with life, food, friends, family and pretty much everything.

Β Whenever I looked in the mirror, I knew I was large but it didn't matter because I had people around me who cared for me as me.

Β I knew I needed to change and look after myself but I didn't really see myself as big as others did.

I was then diagnosed with an illness which whilst reversible, challenged my health and lifestyles.

June '21 my journey started and I knew it was up-hill, if truth be told I didn't have any confidence in myself but I wanted to try.

I went to a session with Jordan, and the first session was all about me. What I wanted to achieve. Where I want to get to. What barriers I have and what fears I have.

That alone was a MASSIVE help, just the whole "mind over matter" helped me more in that 1 session than I was offered by other supportive groups.

I booked a session of 10, each session different and challenging but not unbearable.Β 

Progressively each session got more of a challenge. NOT harder, just pushed me more.

6 months on, I've gone from ## clothes to a Large.Β 

40 inch waste to a 32 inch.

I make the right choices in food but not miss out.

More importantly all the mental and physical support Jordan has given me has allowed me to have 1st stage reversal of my condition, generally make me body positive and not hide away.

If you do 1 thing in 2022 to make a change, it's speak to Jordan, see what he offers because words cannot describe how much of a difference he has made in my life."


This gentleman has been consistent, patient & focused throughout the process and as you can see has made some amazing changes. A pleasure to coach & train. Amazing work buddy, well done.

Market Drayton 10k in 44.30 this morning. Its been a while since I've ran for time, I'm a bit heavy and my achilles has been playing up for some time now so haven't had the chance to train for this....but it was good to stretch the legs out!
