The Harper Adams Experience

Harper Adams University and our Higher Horizons+ team will be at Newport Show tomorrow, both ringside and in the schools marquee.

And it's our big summer open day on Sunday! Doors open 9.30am for the event which includes:

Programme of talks for future students - general and course-specific. All talks run once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Course activities - visit the subject hubs for activities including machinery demos, food tasting, ice cream making, field trip films, insect collections, anatomy demonstration, green resources tour, barista coffee milk story (with free coffee), student displays and more.

Tour the campus: tractor trailer tours, student ambassador tours, mini bus transfers to key locations.

Soak up the atmosphere - student life displays, big barbecue, ice cream.

Doors open at the laboratories, companion animal house, dairy unit, engineering workshops and innovation centre, student hub, etc.

Also starting on Sunday The Harper Adams Experience residential for 16 and 17 year olds.

Warehouse party-Entrance by ticket only. Coach back to Newport & Harper Adams at 3 am.

For all you need to live, learn advanced skills, and gain recognised industry qualifications - In New Zealand!

Booking for The Harper Adams Experience is now open!

If you (or someone you know) are 16 or 17 years old on Sunday 9 and Monday 10 July 2017 they could come to this special event.

Attendees will get the opportunity to take part in taster sessions, make new friends and sleep on campus overnight! It's a great way to see what university is all about.
