PILATES, YOGA & MOBILITY ISSUE exercise classes start again this week in the studio at Edgmond Village Hall. New people are welcome to join.
Pilates is on tomorrow (Monday Sept 4th) at 5.30pm-6.45pm; the Mobility Issue Class (for people with mild to moderate mobility issues) is also on this Monday at 12-1pm and yoga will run on Wednesday (Sept 6th) at 5.45pm-7pm.
Please note the Pilates and yoga classes have been extended to 1 hour and 15 minutes and will cost £6.25 PAYG or £21 a month by standing order.
The mobility issue exercise class will run for 1 hour and costs £6 PAYG.
The classes are held in the studio (side entrance) at Edgmond Village Hall in Shrewsbury Road, Edgmond, Newport, TF10 8HU. Parking is available at the site.
All the classes work on posture, core strength, balance and stamina.
