My aim is to provide a safe, homely and caring environment. I currently offer before and after school care and holiday provision for reception to year 6 but can offer ad hoc care for younger children if needed. I have a spacious playing / living area with toys and activities for all age ranges, leading to a good sized garden with a large variety of play equipment in it. The children i mind feel secure and valued. I arrange activities for the children including: arts and crafts, trips out in the holidays, cooking, games and role play. I also feel it is important for the children to have the opportunity to take part in child led play.

I have been doing wrap around care for Shifnal Primary School since 2016 and started taking on Early Years 2017. I offer a fun packed day of learning through play and encouraging the children to develop following the Early Years Outcomes. We attend local playgroups and have frequent play dates with other childminders, so the children get to mix and play with others, gaining new experiences all the time. I provide a healthy Breakfast / Lunch / Tea and Snacks throughout the day. My working hours are 7.30am - 6.00pm.

I have recently launched my bi-lingual (English/German) childminding business and am pleased to be able to offer daytime care and wrap around care for Shifnal Primary School. I am based 5 minutes walk from the school and 3 minutes walk from Shifnal rail station, so can accommodate children whose parents need to catch the train to work. I am a fully qualified and experienced teacher but decided to change career in order to focus more on my own 1 year old daughter.
