Soul retrieval is a calling home of yourself, be gentle, wise, call yourself home.

Last night I went to see Wendy for some healing. I suffer from a long term illness, which rears it's ugly head periodically, causing me a good deal of pain and low energy. The results are no less than miraculous! I had no idea how Wendy planned to work with me so I lay down and hoped for the best. I have been having severe pain in my left knee and have been told I will need a knee replacement at some point in the future. Wendy did some massage and some energy healing which felt lovely, she then got a rattle out and began working on my knee. As I lay there I began to feel an almost itching sensation under my knee cap, then it felt more like a wiggling worm moving and poking around under my knee. As Wendy worked on it with the rattle and blowing all the pain very quickly disappeared, it just faded away!. It almost felt as though my knee had vapourised and become a cloud! I was barely aware I even had a knee. Upon feeding this back to Wendy she informed me that she had just performed a Shamanic technique of psychic surgery and had give me a knee replacement. I cannot express in words how amazing this healing was! had she told me what she was going to do I would have been skeptical but the results speak for themselves. I feel amazing today, I am chirpy, have energy and generally feel good. Such a change from the exhausted pain racked moody-pants I have been lately Thank you soooooo much Wendy!

somethings just wont heal in an hour,

the stories that are shared, the wounds that are healed when the process goes on for days, not hours, is perhaps a strange concept in the west.

Being given a safe supported space in which to process, allows shamanic healing, to work at a core level.

For an adult suffering from childhood trauma, emotional or sexual abuse, or heart break, or extreme anxiety, or chronic conditions, can benefit from retreats, where there is a willingness for healing to happen.

There have been times in my life where my health was my top priority, it over rode everything else, my every moment was focused on healing, after a consultant neurologist told me, that it did not matter, what i ate, or what i did, nothing he said, would make me well.

As a ex registered general nurse, i knew enough to begin my journey, knowing it was my myelin sheath that was effected and my immune system, i set about everything i could think of to curing it.

yoga is such a medicine, and is diet, energy healing, it took me twelve years to get well, and my knowledge of how the body heals, grew from this experience.

so the medicine in this newsletter is deep,

for awakening, for mindfulness, for shamanic breathwork, and an opportunity for soul retrieval and pool breathwork, in a delightful scottish retreat, with yoga and singing.

Meditation today

In my meditation today I had the strong feeling to share these words with you - even though I know what they say is not new, and is being said by many of us, but anyway here it is:

Everyone of us is responsible - responsible for keeping our spirits high, responsible for keeping our hearts strong, responsible for not giving in to fear and panic.
More than ever we need to focus our thoughts on light, love and compassion.

So each time you find yourself going down that road of darkness we have an anchor - something that you holds us … for instance, the sound of OM with every out breath, or chanting the Gayatri Mantra … or whatever it is that uplifts your spirit and releases you from the imprisonment of the busy mind.

Be aware. Be conscious. Find your anchor. Many possibilities are available to us if we look.

We are all broadcasters of energy, with our thoughts and feelings as well as - or maybe even more - than with our words and actions.
YOU MATTER - every moment, even in lockdown, even in the confinement of your home.

There is so much fear in the world now and that is the most draining, debilitating and damaging of emotions. Fear arises usually from thoughts projected into the future…so lets stay in the moment, let’s see what the blessings are in the ‘here and now’ as it is. They are here - for sure.
