On Saturday the club was involved with the Aviation Without Borders Kids Flying Day for the fourth year in a row. Twenty nine children from various backgrounds had the opportunity to fly in a light aircraft for the first time. A huge thanks go to our small team of volunteers who took the time to fly the kids and also to the airport fire and rescue service who brought their appliances round.

For Glasgow squawk 2620 with Mode C and listen out on 119.100, and for Edinburgh squawk 0440 with Mode C and listen out on 121.200. As with all listening squawks remember that using it does not clear you into controlled airspace, and does not mean you are receiving an ATC service.
