Bootcamp sessions are tailored for mums with buggies, complete beginners - advance & post natal. Our experienced trainers will take you through fun and effective workouts to help you reach your goals in no time. It's fun, motivating and challenging, but once you start you'll get hooked! Sheโll be carrying a 40Ltr back pack and moving from city to city and will even be including some climbing and hiking. Itโs great to be creative with her training and help her with her goals

This is the last month in the year 2018, that means itโs the last month to make this year one โ๐ป to remember, the month to reflect on what you want from 2019, the last month to make awesome memories, the month of opportunity and the chance to say 2018 was awesome. Because itโs the last month, what you do this month will count towards an awesome ๐๐ป January.
Donโt wait for January to make things happen, start using December to create your awesome list and start smashing through it. No matter whatโs on that list, start doing something that counts towards it this month. Go get 2019 ๐ช๐ป
As you know we close down over Xmas for roughly 10 days. However some start thinking about what exercise they can do by the last bite of their turkey sandwich on Boxing Day ๐ฑ So, Iโm thinking, to support the ones who would like to continue working out over the Xmas period. Would you like me to run some pre scheduled live online sessions that you can join in?
Live online means we will meet on a platform that I send you a link to join, youโll need yourself, a water bottle, the space the size of a rug, phone/tablet/laptop and we workout together.
The benefits are, you donโt have to leave your home, you can workout and burn the excess Xmas fluff, you get a jump on January.

The timings will be convenient to all mums, roughly 6.15am, 9am and 12.30pm sessions will all go live in just over a weeks time.

Sometimes youโve had a tough day and you donโt want to โsmash itโ but you still want a little workout to say youโve done something, some days it feels harder than others - totally understandable.
We are good at reading people and knowing when they need a push and when they need to drop back. There are always options available.
You donโt always have to go hard and go home, itโs ok to say โyep I canโt handle that itโs too toughโ then drop back to a more manageable pace.
Itโs not always about how hard you can push ๐๐ป listen to your body and know your limits - thatโs more injury prevention than any โinjury prevention classโ out there.

Can you believe that when I met shubhi she had persistent back pain going on for a few years and wouldnโt have dreamed about trying a drill like this, she was even told by doctors to not bend ๐ฑ I mean how can a mum not bend!? She has a two year old!! Of course sheโs going to bend!! So gradually over the course of 3/4 months weโve managed to build confidence in movement and get her to the stage where she can enjoy some fun task based drills and just exercise without worrying about her back! This is Mark, heโs just the best, always has a smile on his face, never complains and always asks for an extra lap around the hill. Nearly a year post chemo after having bowel cancer, the chemo shot his nerve endings and he still struggles with his feet. Every time he runs it just irritates his feet and he feels pins and needles most of the time. With pain killers and fun exercises weโre trying to work around it. This Tuesday night class is pretty much a games for pain session thanks to my tutors Ollie Pearce and John hardy from Faster Health and Fitness ๐ Tuesday night is awesome. Anyone whoโs got an injury or pain or a goal can just let me know before hand and we work on it in class. Itโs still a work in progress but last weeks session was just the best. Reminiscing on the summer, it was such a fab time to train, but believe it or not so is the winter!Training in winter brings so many benefits, stronger immune system, a better calorie burn, a tougher mental outlook, better lung capacity.
