This lucky lady is going on an expedition so we’re doing a little training for it! The lucky gal is getting 5 months off work to travel around South America. She’ll be carrying a 40Ltr back pack and moving from city to city and will even be including some climbing and hiking. It’s great to be creative with her training and help her with her goals

Because it’s the last month, what you do this month will count towards an awesome πŸ‘πŸ» January.

Don’t wait for January to make things happen, start using December to create your awesome list and start smashing through it. No matter what’s on that list, start doing something that counts towards it this month. Go get 2019 πŸ’ͺ🏻

As you know we close down over Xmas for roughly 10 days. However some start thinking about what exercise they can do by the last bite of their turkey sandwich on Boxing Day 😱 So, I’m thinking, to support the ones who would like to continue working out over the Xmas period. Would you like me to run some pre scheduled live online sessions that you can join in?
Live online means we will meet on a platform that I send you a link to join, you’ll need yourself, a water bottle, the space the size of a rug, phone/tablet/laptop and we workout together.
The benefits are, you don’t have to leave your home, you can workout and burn the excess Xmas fluff, you get a jump on January.

Struggle to find time to go to the gym or a class? Want to eliminate travel time and make exercise more convenient?

Well I’ve got the answer. I will be running live mother move sessions online for any mum who wants a pelvic floor core friendly workout. Train live with a trainer you can trust and who you know has your best interests at heart ❀️ My mother move classes have been giving mums the confidence and motivation to move again and feel good about exercising.

Train live with me in the comfort of your own home, get the motivation you need and a workout you’ll enjoy. Sessions will be 40/45mins, which is more than enough to get the job done, think how much time you’ll save!

The timings will be convenient to all mums, roughly 6.15am, 9am and 12.30pm sessions will all go live in just over a weeks time.

The price will be affordable and you will be getting a tailored workout to suit motherhood!

Sometimes you’ve had a tough day and you don’t want to β€˜smash it’ but you still want a little workout to say you’ve done something, some days it feels harder than others - totally understandable.

We are good at reading people and knowing when they need a push and when they need to drop back. There are always options available.

You don’t always have to go hard and go home, it’s ok to say β€˜yep I can’t handle that it’s too tough’ then drop back to a more manageable pace.

It’s not always about how hard you can push πŸ‘ŠπŸ» listen to your body and know your limits - that’s more injury prevention than any β€˜injury prevention class’ out there.

We love Bernie, she’s fearless 🀜🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻 last year she turned 50 and out planked all the boys. If we up her weights or give her a new exercise she never doubts her capabilities, she just gives it a go to see if it’s doable. This year Bernie won Bootcamp heroine of the year, that’s because she’s an awesome inspiration for anyone in our group, men, women and all newcomers, she was once a newcomer and now she’s been with us for years. Can you believe that when I met shubhi she had persistent back pain going on for a few years and wouldn’t have dreamed about trying a drill like this, she was even told by doctors to not bend 😱 I mean how can a mum not bend!? She has a two year old!! Of course she’s going to bend!! So gradually over the course of 3/4 months we’ve managed to build confidence in movement and get her to the stage where she can enjoy some fun task based drills and just exercise without worrying about her back! As a mum it’s important to move freely without worry and with confidence πŸ‘ŠπŸ» also it’s nice to enjoy exercise πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜

This is Mark, he’s just the best, always has a smile on his face, never complains and always asks for an extra lap around the hill. Nearly a year post chemo after having bowel cancer, the chemo shot his nerve endings and he still struggles with his feet. Every time he runs it just irritates his feet and he feels pins and needles most of the time. With pain killers and fun exercises we’re trying to work around it. This Tuesday night class is pretty much a games for pain session thanks to my tutors Ollie Pearce and John hardy from Faster Health and Fitness πŸ˜‚ Tuesday night is awesome. Anyone who’s got an injury or pain or a goal can just let me know before hand and we work on it in class. It’s still a work in progress but last weeks session was just the best. Come join us for hybrid next Tuesday, you won’t find a class like it in London, unless you train with a faster trainer. It’s a one of a kind experience πŸ™πŸ»

Reminiscing on the summer, it was such a fab time to train, but believe it or not so is the winter!Training in winter brings so many benefits, stronger immune system, a better calorie burn, a tougher mental outlook, better lung capacity. They say summer bodies are built in the winter but for me it’s all about the mind πŸ™πŸ» training outdoors in the winter helps me appreciate that hot shower, or that cosy night in just a little more.
