‼️Mental Health Awareness Week 2025‼️

Next week is mental health awareness week, and we will be supporting this in a number of ways across the Everyone Active Nuneaton & Bedworth contract and would love you to get involved!

🏃Monday 12th May – 10:30-11:30 – Wellbeing Walk from Bedworth LC

🕰Wednesday 14th May – 11:00 – will be holding a minute silence to remember colleagues, family and friends across Nuneaton & Bedworth lost recently.

👕Thursday 15th May – All day – ‘Wear it Green Day’ - we are encouraging staff and members to ‘Wear it Green’ and make donations to our chosen mental health support charity.

⚽️Saturday 17th May – 11:00 – 15:00 – Pingles Stadium – Charity football tournament

We want you to be in tune with your health and well-being so we’ve come up with the idea to deliver FREE Health MOTs every Monday commencing 12th May, providing you’ve got our MOVE+ membership.

These will be available to book through the app and is a perfect way to monitor what may be effecting your progress in and out the gym. 📲

Some of what you can expect in booking your 30 minute slot will include alcohol consumption, daily water intake and BMI.
