🌟 My Secret to Peace in a Noisy World 🌟
Let’s talk Loop earplugs. These little lifesavers have completely changed how I navigate noisy environments and even how I sleep. 💤
Whether it’s a bustling social event, a crowded café, or just trying to wind down at night, Loop earplugs help me tune out the overwhelming noise while still staying present. I feel less overstimulated, less drained, and more in control.
Sleep? Game-changer. I wake up more refreshed because my brain isn’t fighting to filter out random sounds.
If you’re someone who feels worn out by noise—whether it’s due to high sensitivity, anxiety, or just needing peace—I can’t recommend these enough.

Did you know our bodies hold the stories of our emotions, experiences, and even the needs we’ve never spoken out loud?
Somatic parts work is my favorite way to work with a client. It is such a gentle and powerful way to explore those inner stories.
💡 So, what is somatic parts work?
It’s a therapeutic approach that blends body awareness with the idea of “parts” within us—these different aspects of ourselves that are shaped by life. For example, you might have a part that feels like an “inner protector,” keeping you safe by shielding you from vulnerability. Or maybe there’s an “inner child” who’s craving safety and connection.
✨ Here’s how it works:
Through mindfulness and body-based practices, somatic parts work helps you:
✔️ Notice sensations in your body.
✔️ Recognize and connect with different parts of yourself.
✔️ Build a compassionate dialogue with those parts to understand what they need.
✔️ Let go of tension or stuck emotions your body might be holding onto.
🤲 Why is this so powerful?
Our parts often hold both our deepest wounds and our greatest strengths. When we acknowledge and honor them, we can experience healing, self-acceptance, and a sense of wholeness.
🌿 Think about this: maybe you’ve felt tightness in your chest during a stressful moment... Through somatic parts work, you could discover that this is a part of you feeling afraid, just wanting reassurance. Instead of brushing it off or fighting it, you take the time to listen—and in that space of listening, healing happens.
💭 What would it feel like to approach yourself with curiosity and compassion? Somatic parts work might be just the practice to help you start.

The space between two beings—horse and human—is a profound, non-verbal realm where authentic connection fosters healing.
Horses, with their innate sensitivity and presence, mirror the emotional states of those around them without judgment, creating a safe environment for humans to confront their inner experiences.
In this shared space, the horse’s grounded energy and attunement invite the human to slow down, tune into their body, and feel what might otherwise remain buried.
This sacred interaction can open doors to emotions like grief, allowing them to surface and be processed in a way that feels supported and held. In this space, healing begins—not through words, but through the quiet recognition of shared presence and acceptance.
Merlin likes to drop me back off at the mounting block post ride to get off him🤣🫣 Helps my nana joints out majorly! 🤣🤣 Thanks Merl!
As the trees let go of their leaves in fall, we too can release what no longer serves us, making space for growth, reflection, and renewal in the quiet of our inner seasons.
Stay weird and unique, y’all ✌🏼
In a world that often pulls us in every direction, finding peace and purpose starts within. When we align with our values, intentions, and inner truth, we create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
What principles do you follow?
