🔽Building a new nutrition routine is hard.

Deadlifts made there way back into the routine today, first time since October 2021.

The EVOLUTION of Veronica in 2022 ⭐️
Long standing client Veronica ticked off a a life long dream of competing this year, taking third place at the WNBF supernaturals and claimed an invite to the world finals in Las Vegas 📍
Veronica deals with chronic back pain which causes issue with lower movement paterns. However we were able circumnavigate this with proper programming designed specifically to her needs.
A lot of hard work and strict adherence to the plan was needed to produce the final package which we will improve upon next year, when we go back for first place 🥇💪

Been amazing having the KSQ GALAXY 2009’s squad in the gym over the last few weeks.
I’ve been introducing the boys ( and some of the coaches ) to the gym environment and putting them through their paces with some different sessions including BODYPUMP, BOXERCISE and HiiT Circuits to name a few.
Tonight was the last session before we head into our winter break, with the boys making a return in January.

Had a few new members join the team this week after trying other gyms in the area.
Feedback from them all was the workouts were harder, more efficient and burned almost twice as many calories as they had previously, whilst having a laugh ( inbetween rounds ) with everyone 👀😂

Here’s a few gym tips for tackling the heat today 🥵
1. Don’t go to the gym. Get the sun lounger / chair out and enjoy the vitamin D. How often do we get it.
2. Drink more water and rest a little more. Simple.
Unfortunately I was option 2 today but I’ll get some time in the garden tomorrow 👏 ☀️

What a few months it’s been down at SHRED 👏
Not going to lie I’ve been slacking on the social media accounts mainly due to the fact that I’m flat out at the moment and it’s been in the back burner.
✅1-2-1 PT rota is completely FULL at the moment with my waiting list extended till April.
✅Gym members are still crushing sessions even after the January motivation has passed.
✅ Classes still have a few spaces left. We already have a few of our January 12 week challenge members chasing down the two stone lost mark.
On a personal note, training is going well at the moment. Currently pushing body weight up in a growth phase and happy with how training is going.

Keeping on track over the festive period!!!!🎅
1. ▶️ Realise that a few nights out and festive meals aren’t going to ruin your whole month. So don’t throw December in the bin 🗑
3/4 nights out and some good food isn’t going to ruin the majority of your hard work so don’t give up on the month. Stick to the plan and look to make progress over the month.
2. ▶️ Sack of snacking on Christmas treats.
Eating chocolate at 10AM is fun at the time, but do you really need those celebrations on the 28th of December?
Enjoy your festive treats but draw the line when your are over indulging.
3. ▶️ Keep your 🍑 moving.
Of course we are going to eat a bit more over the festive period. So keep your exercise in, enjoy a long walk and think about burning off a few of those extra calories 👏
4. ▶️ Lose the “I’ll fix it in January” mentality.
Get ahead of the curve and start putting your fitness goals in place now. Gyms are a bit quieter this time of year which is a great opportunity to put strong foundations on before the January rush.
5. ▶️ Enjoy your Christmas nights out knowing that you have earned them.
Easy fitness trick… having a night out? Make sure you crush your workout session before the🍷 🍺 Do a few more steps or a couple more sets in the gym and few like you’ve earned it!
