COMING TOGETHER IS A BEGINNING, KEEPING TOGETHER IS PROGRESS, WORKING TOGETHER IS SUCESS.

TEAM training yesterday LEAF West Kirby. Such a great day to get the team and franchisees together to discuss some important topics for us this year ;

"how to respond to behaviours that are confrontational and challenging"

"the importance of safeguarding for the children we support but also ourselves" and

how gone are the days we simply follow lesson plans but approach every lesson as part of a "learning journey".

Jimmy from Jc_wellbeing_support was a great guest speaker and gave us a lot of food for thought and one of my fave quotes was..

"When you can't control what is happening, challenge yourself to control the way you respond. That's where your power is".
