Hayley drops 6 stone weight loss and transforms her life!⁣

“I felt extremely self-conscious by the way I looked and how unfit I was. My fitness level was so low I struggled to do a basic sit up.⁣

18 months later in combination with a healthy balanced diet, I have dropped from a dress size 18 to a size 10 and I’ve lost a total of 6 stone. I am training 3 times a week, my fitness has developed and continues to improve, I am able to push myself further during each session and I lift various weights now I never would have considered possible!⁣

My confidence about the way I look and feel has grown considerably and I don’t think my body has ever been this toned, fit and strong. ⁣

It really has become a way of life for me, one I actually enjoy. I can’t thank the guys at The PT Centre enough for all their encouragement, support and motivation.”⁣

If you want to achieve results like Hayley, get in touch and we can discuss the options to help you transform your body, mind and life.⁣

We understand that staying organised and getting fit and healthy can be a real challenge when you lead busy lives. But the good news is that being organised and having a solid plan can help make things much easier.⁣

Here are some tips to help you stay organised and achieve your fitness and health goals:⁣

💪 Schedule your workouts: One of the keys to staying organised is to make sure you have a clear plan in place for your workouts. This means scheduling your workouts in advance and making them a non-negotiable part of your routine. Whether you prefer to workout in the morning or evening, make sure you set aside time each day to move your body.⁣

📝 Meal prep: One of the biggest challenges when it comes to eating healthy is finding the time to prepare nutritious meals. Preparing food is a great way to stay organised and make sure you have healthy meals on hand throughout the week. Spend some time each week planning out your meals, and then prepare your meals in advance so that you can simply grab and go when you’re on the run or at least know what to get if you’re buying out.⁣

📱 Use technology to your advantage: There are a wide variety of apps and tools available that can help you stay organised, accountable and track your progress. Whether you use a fitness tracking app to monitor your workouts, or a meal planning app to help you stay on track with your nutrition goals, technology can be a great tool for staying organised and achieving your fitness and health goals.⁣

So if you’re struggling to get started, take some time to set up a plan and schedule your workouts and meals in advance. With a little bit of effort and organisation, you can achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself.⁣

So, what are you waiting for? Take the first step towards your goals today and start putting these tips into practice.

Are you looking to get in the best shape both physically and mentally? ⁣

Our ethos at The PT Centre is to educate our clients to make better, more positive choices in everything that they do; with food, exercise, lifestyle habits, mental fortitude. The effect this has can be life changing.⁣

You may have exercised before, tried a variety of diet options, even had help from a personal trainer maybe. We do things differently here - taking the time to truly understand your goals, who you are as an individual and create a personalised plan unique to you and your lifestyle.⁣

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ here.⁣

If you’re looking to make a change, a real and lasting change, then we want to speak to you. ⁣

Together, we can make a real impact on your life.⁣

Are you struggling to commit to a regular gym routine? ⁣

At The PT Centre, we understand that life can get busy and expensive, but investing in your health and fitness is one of the best things you can do for yourself.⁣

We see it week in, week out with clients. Creating a good gym routine will improve your fitness, strength and mindset.⁣

Here are three tips on how to create a consistent gym routine:⁣

1. Schedule your workouts: ⁣

Set aside specific days and times for your workouts, and treat them as non-negotiable appointments. By making exercise a priority and scheduling it into your calendar, you’ll be more likely to stick to your routine.⁣

2. Find an accountability partner: ⁣

Having an accountability partner can be a great way to stay motivated and committed to your gym routine. This could be a friend, family member, or personal trainer who will hold you accountable and provide support and encouragement along the way.⁣

3. Start small and be consistent: ⁣

When starting a new gym routine, it’s important to start small and gradually increase the intensity and variety of your workouts over time. Set achievable goals, even if you can only commit to a short workout a few times a week, that’s still better than nothing. Over time, you can gradually increase the length and frequency of your workouts as your fitness level improves.⁣

Remember, creating a consistent gym routine takes time and effort, but the benefits to your health and well-being are well worth it.⁣

If you would like help and support with creating a gym routine that works for you, get in touch and we can help you create one. ⁣

Finding it difficult to stick to a routine.

So, first of all, let’s start by realising that we are in good company…

Everyone struggles to stick to routines that are challenging…

If your routine was wake up, stay in bed, chill out… You’d find it easy enough! Lol.

But any routine that is worthwhile and lends itself to self-improvement…

Is probably quite difficult.

If it was easy, everyone would be super fit, lean and active.

So, don’t beat yourself up for finding it difficult. You find it hard because it is!

But there is some good news…

The fact that it’s a ROUTINE means that it can become habitual.

In the same way that we get up, brush our teeth and wash our faces,

Any routine can become a series of habits that become established.

Studies show that it takes approximately 66 days to form a new habit.

So the first thing we need to do is stick to these behaviours for long enough…

Then keep reminding ourselves that the whole thing will become easier the longer we do it.

Planning can also prove invaluable when trying to stick to a new routine…

Things like meal prepping, so you are never caught without decent food,

Putting your kit in the car the night before to avoid finding an “excuse” not to go to the gym on the way home, lol.

You know who you are… Haha.

And tying your new habits to old existing ones…

For example… Every morning when you put your socks on, drink a pint of water.

As I said, it’s not always easy… Nothing worthwhile ever is.

But it does get easier as those habits become more established.

At The PT Centre, we don’t just focus on getting you an insane result physically…

We dig deep into mindset and behaviour because we know these things are the key to unlocking long-term success…

You don’t need to struggle alone… So don’t.

The comfort zone feels great in the moment, but staying there won’t help you grow. If you want to fulfill your potential and become the best version of yourself, it’s time to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.⁣

Challenge yourself to take on something that feels uncomfortable or awkward, even if it’s just a small step. It’s through these experiences that we grow and discover our true potential.⁣

So, are you ready to leave your comfort zone and take on new challenges? ⁣

Remember, it may not be easy, but it will be worth it. ⁣

Let’s push ourselves to become the best versions of ourselves.⁣

In May 2022, my sister and I decided to embark on a program with a Personal Trainer to kick-start a way forward. How lucky we were to find The PT Centre.

All I can say is that it was a great decision. What you get from this team far surpasses anything you will find in a commercial gym.

Since starting with PT Centre, I am making steady progress to achieving my goals without feeling that it is a struggle. The philosophy at PT Centre works with you as an individual, educating on nutrition and way of life vs deprivation through dieting. The exercise plan is top notch and varied and is switched up every 4 weeks so your body is constantly challenged. When a particular exercise may be more challenging for you, the trainer is ready with encouragement, as well as offering an alternative exercise to keep you progressing.

Even though I am a naturally confident person, there is something different about the way you feel when you take charge of your life and make progress towards goals that previously were stalled.

Adam’s philosophy for The PT Centre has created what I would describe as a unique gym environment. It is friendly and provides a great sense of community, but more importantly it works. It is designed to be sustainable for the long term and is not based on a quick fix.

Staying motivated is easy when you feel supported and encouraged. The PT Centre provides that so what are you waiting for? Like me, you won’t regret making that call.

Thank you Adam and Team for providing such a great atmosphere to workout.
