Class 3: Solar Plex Chakra - Manipura - 11th July
Class 4: Heart Chakra - Anahata - 25th July
Class 5: Throat Chakra - Vishuddha - 1st August
Class 6: Third Eye Chakra/ Crown Chakra - Ajna/Sahasrara - 8th August
Class 7: Mixed Class - 15th August
Class 8: Mixed Class - 29th August
Chakras
We are exploring chakras. Think of chakras as energy centers that reside within your body, which each correspond to certain nerve bundles or major organs. To function at their best, they need to stay open or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
By understanding the characteristics of the chakras we can use our physical practice to unblock, revitalise and rebalance our energy body. Hatha yoga can be used as a tool to focus on and bring balance to the chakra system. We will be doing classes specific to each chakra.

Contributions are going to be optional for any classes this year. I will not be charging a set amount. If you would like to support me through a voluntary contribution, details can be found below. You are welcome to Pay as you Feel. Everything received is much appreciated.
Try and get to the class on time so you don't miss the start - i normally do gentle warmups before the class starts (10mins before), giving you enough time to settle in. If you don't have a yoga mat you can use towels instead. Keep a light blanket and cushion handy for as these may be useful throughout the class. Stay focused, stay smiling.
