Great day at the Arnold's got some of my favourite .uk special Arnold classic edition gym top, a can of favourite energy drink, reign ps love the ford ranger.
But inspiration of the day was watching those guys and girls competing with a disability. Just shows what ever life throws at you, you can still achieve amazing things.

Please meet Ruby the new addition to our family and a story that Underdog Strength and Conditioning stands for.
Unfortunately Ruby's previous owner was taken ill and can no longer look after her and she was taken to kennels where she has been the last 2 months, massively over weight we don't think she has hadΒ much excersise due to the previous owners health condition. The kennels did an amazing job with her abd she's already lost 10kg. From the moment we met her we all knew we wanted to give her a home and a family that she deserves.
We will contuie to support Ruby with her journey of losingΒ weight, getting fit and helping her be as happy as she can be.
So how does this link into the name Underdog. My passion is to help others, it always has been, I want the Underdog to win and hit their goals whatever they may be. It doesn't matter what your starting point is, the focus is on your and your path ahead. Ruby is the Underdog! What's your journey?

Some squat training today, after the usual spin warm up, then some band leg extensions and curls, I don't have all the equipment in my little gym but I make it work, just like you can.
Weight down to 111kg from 119kg getting there.
&conditioning

The last 2 3 months I have been working really hard to increase my fitness levels, lose some lock down fat but most importantly just be more healthy. I started at 117.9kg, today I'm 112.4kg, my goal is 105kg.
I fell good, after my morning 1000cal session 45 minutes spin 45 min weights
Powerlifting, one day I will compete again and will continue to train till I get back to above once where I was.
Note to self,, always check the height before lifting anything over your head ππ

Lots of learning to do but you got to start somewhere and I am very proud to revieve my certificate for passing my level 2 and 3 personal training qualifications.
Spin warm up and some oylmpic lifting practice for my strength and conditioning level 4 course very rusty but it was fun, think the body will feel it in the morning

I have had to make a number of changes recently, one of which has been to increase my cardio out put, I havent worn my heart rate monitor on ever occasion but I am pretty happy with my March. Over 10,000 calories extra burnt
Used to enjoy oylmpic lifting might have a little play around whilst I change things up for a while
