NO! You go at your own pace ๐ค๐ปAll abilities are welcome
โ I've never been to the gym before. Is that ok?
Sure. Each session is PT led meaning you are walked through every movement and they are checking to make sure your form is correct. Plus you can ask questions at any time!
โ Will I be the only new person?
Nope! We have new people joining all of the time
โHow many sessions should I do a week?
We recommend 3 to get good results. If you have time to do more and your body allows it...by all means do as many as you like. Your access to our sessions is unlimited after all ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
โDo you help with nutrition?
We have a members app filled with meal guides, recipes and tracking guidance. Plus, we run a nutrition coaching program ๐ด
โHow do you get your results?
Hard work, determination, consistency and accountability. We make sure you come and do the sessions you say you will do. Plus, if you don't keep a close eye on your calorie intake you can't expect to see great results. So, chatting with members of staff about the most efficient way of doing this is key ๐๐ป

Top 5 mistakes people make when they're trying to lose weight
1) Focussing on carbs instead of calories
- Eliminating carbs put you in a deficit but it won't stop you gaining weight if you're consuming the calories elsewhere
2) Focussing on cardio instead of lifting
- If your goal is to maximise fat loss then lifting should be the focus
3) Focusing on perfection instead of consistency
- Expect perfection and you will set yourself up for failure, be consistent, do right most of the time and you're onto a winner
4) Focusing on motivation, instead of momentum
- When you have momentum, it's a lot easier to take action regardless of whether you're feeling motivated
5) Focusing on the end goal instead of small wins
- Have an end goal but make sure you pat yourself on the back for the small wins
