What can I say?!

Yesterday was an incredible day looking after these 2 at the AWPC World Championships in Manchester!

I am so proud of the dedication these guys have and the fight they put up was incredible to their very last lift of the day!

you should both be immensely proud of yourselves and the energy and passion you bring to the platform is not only admirable but infectious!

Today was a privilege to coach these guys at the Mansfield mania qualifier and watch them crush their first ever powerlifting comp, there were failed lifts, redemption lifts and 6 British records taken between them!

even took home best overall female lifter💪

Can’t wait to see what they bring to the platform at British Championships!

A special shout out goes to the efforts of for his outstanding performance on platform today too👌

The hype crew were also in fine voice backing the lifters all the way!

Days like today are why I love my job, thank you to those that put the trust in me to see them through there platform experience 💙💪🖤

The effort these two put in yesterday at their first ever British Championships with ABPU was awe inspiring! The shear grit and determination in them both despite having ups and downs over the course of the day to both qualify for World Championships in September is incredible!!

I am an immensely proud coach and honoured to handle these guys in competition.

Looking forward to seeing the fight they bring to platform in September 💙💪🖤

Today has been a long but record breaking day!

These guys walked away from the British Powerlifting Federation British Championships with 5 new records and 1 in tact record between them.

The dedication and drive you all have is everything a coach could ask for, I’m especially proud of each of you tonight and I only hope you are all as stoked as I am for each and everyone of you!!!

What a day… team Blu Strength came, saw and conquered the British Powerlifting Federation qualifier at our home gym Old Tyme Strength!

I am such a proud coach and couldn’t have asked more from these beasts! Adam came and crushed his first ever comp, Kam had a killer result with a new experience of comp days, Joe showed his skills off in his first comp and showcased to new people that para-powerlifting is immense, and Bex got the job done with her more than 2x body weight deadlift British record! Plus they were all invited to the British Championships in May.

These guys are what every coach strives for, you all came and left everything in the platform and that all I can ask of you!

Here’s to the British championships and showing how much more we can do! 🎉
