Ludlow Junior School

Ludlow Junior School and Ludlow Infant School

We are holding a whole school Race for Life on Friday 28th June, in aid of the worthwhile charity, Cancer Research. The run will take place in our school grounds and will be approximately 1km long however, children can complete additional laps if they choose to.

We would kindly ask each child to collect sponsors for this event. This is the link to enable you to donate online https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/ludlow-junior-school-1?utm_medium=email&utm_source=mcmp&utm_campaign=N19LSBRWEA&utm_content=&utm_team=R4L%20Schools%20-%20In%20-%20N19LSBRWEA%20-%20welcome&urn=523105840. Every child will receive a medal for completing the Race for Life.

Children will need to come to school in their sports kit and can wear either pink or blue. It is up to the children how pink or blue they would like to go but if they can make sure that their clothes are suitable for running please. Some ideas may be wearing headbands/wristbands/wigs or face paint.

The race for life will take part in the afternoon, beginning at 1:15pm and finishing at 3pm.

Many thanks for your continued support. We are all very much looking forward to the event!
