To Stand means to tolerate or endure. If you can stand something it means it's not a problem for you. We normally use stand in negative sentences. John can't stand it when people talk with their mouths open.
For example:
A lot of Irish people can't stand the stereotype that all Irish people get drunk on St. Patrick's Day. ☘
My flatmate can't stand loud music in the morning, but I can. 🎺🎺
She couldn't stand the heat of Brazil before but now it's OK for her. 🌞

To stand in means to substitute or replace someone Temporarily.
If you stand in for someone it's because they are unable to do the thing you are doing instead of them.
Eg:
Jonny Depp's Stunt Double stands in for him when they have to film dangerous scenes in the films.
Neymar stands in for Messi when he is injured.
I stood in for Mike last week because he was sick.
The Deputy Prime Minister stands in for the Prime Minister because he is in another country.

To Stand out means to be noticeable. To be easily distinctive and able to attract attention. The kid in the Spider-Man costume stands out because all the other kids are dressed as BatMan. The thing that stands out is normally the thing that is different.
For example:
A lot of people encourage children to stand out from the crowd, whereas some people think it's better to be like everyone else.
Barak Obama will always stand out in American history because he was the first black president in the US.
I stand out in the town I live in because everyone else is Brazilian.

The prefix anti means opposed to or against.
We use this before we say the thing we are opposed to. I am anti-war ( I am against war)
Anti can also mean the opposite of what something is for example an Antidote or antidepressant are medicines taken to counteract/ solve/ remedy poison or an illness.
Many people use anti to describe what they are against. Im anti-fur (I am against wearing animal fur). 🚫🐹👕👖
