Sometimes it takes extreme contrast to happen in your life for you to U-turn and make the change that you really want to be. This is a good thing. The big contrast that's happened causes you to really focus on how you want to be, and how you want to feel, and how you want to live your life.
Once you start making changes and seeing results, it becomes easier and easier.
Anything you want in life is achievable. Be grateful for these things that happen because they cause you to focus your energy more onto the life you really want.

Even if you're going through a bad patch, find just one thing to give your attention to that makes you feel good when you think about it. Focus on that.

The bills will be there and the kids will still need prayer. There will be problems on the job and many challenges in your life. Yet, life has many wonderful things. Look for them and enjoy them as much as you can. These things won’t solve your problems, but they will help to recharge your batteries. Do this so that you will be able to stay in fight longer and be stronger, with a renewed strength. Choose to live more deeply. Your life and the lives of those around you will be better off for it. YOU have GREATNESS within you!!!

Every day, write a list of things that you have to do and on that list write ONLY the things that you know you will achieve that day.
This helps you to prioritise and makes you feel good as each day you actually do tick off the things that you put on your list. There is no point in writing out long lists of things you need to do when there is no way you will get them all done.
At the bottom of your list you can write "All the other things will get done when they are supposed to."

I am about to start my next level diploma in life coaching and need 3 practice clients. They shouldn't be friends or family. So, if any of you know of anybody who would like to be one of my practice clients, please could you let me know?
What this will entail:
12 hour-long coaching sessions with me, for free!
This will be over a 3 month period (usually one session a week).
This could be telephone consultations, or face-to-face, depending.
Once qualified these sessions will cost between £70 - £100 per session, so they will be getting an excellent service at no cost! Bargain!

Do you feel stuck in your life? Are there certain things that you feel unable or incapable of doing? Have you got areas in your life where you just always say to yourself. 'Well, I just can't do that,' or, 'I couldn't possibly do that'?
Having limited beliefs is very common and can be inbuilt into our subconcious mind through various factors. These may go back years, and over time you have reaffirmed that you can't do such and such and that you are no good at this or that, eventually creating a limiting belief - literally your brain believes what you have been telling it.
These beliefs could be holding you back from achieving your full potential and stopping you from trying new things and reaching for the stars.
The good news is that these beliefs can be easily dissolved, changed and vanished from your mind forever. For starters, take out the word 'not' from your vocabulary. Instead of saying 'I can't...' say, 'I can.'
You will soon see changes taking place in your life for the better.
