Our Story
Highgate School, three schools in one - the Pre-Preparatory, Junior and Senior Schools - is a co-educational North London day school taking children aged 3, 7 and 11; we also have smaller entries for pupils aged 13, 14 and 16.
We offer high-calibre, academically-minded teaching with a focus on scholarship and independence for all, rather than on exam outcomes. We offer an extra-curricular, employability and service experience which values multiple and different intelligences.
We believe in making the most of childhood and adolescence; we want our young people to leave us intellectually and emotionally prepared for higher study and for work, and for playing a transformative role in their communities. And we want them to make great friends, too.
