I wanted to let people now about medicine autumn school, where you can go and learn about paediatrics, oncology, respiratory, neurology, etc (it depends on what course you choose) This course is usually for two days and its over the weekends. I went to one before and what they taught me was quite factual and very interesting. They also carry out case studies for diagnosing patients. If you are interested, please go to the website below.
One more good thing is that the teachers are current graduate med school students, (usually Imperial, sometimes Cambridge) so you get to ask many questions, which is useful.

Just a reminder, the first Southbank Medical Society meeting will take place this coming Wednesday during lunch break. I will stay there for two periods, in case some of you won't be able to make it to period 4 or 5. During this first meeting we will start planning out our schedule and discussing the materials that we would like to cover.
