đ¨đ§ PODCAST ALERT - LIVE NOW đ§đ¨
In this episode, I was so lucky to connect with one of my heroes and inspirations Henry Stewart who is the Founder and Chief Happiness Officer of Happy Ltd., which is an award-winning Learning and Development organisation in London.
Henry is also the author of the amazing book called The Happy Manifesto â a book with principles and tools on how to build organisations that have a super-engaged and productive workforce - a must-read for any leader.
Henry explains what the Happy Manifesto is all about and what its impact on organisations can be when implemented. We discuss if it makes sense from a business point of view to put people first.
Henry is a go-to maverick when talking creating great workplace cultures - he has and will impact the way organisations operate in the years to come.
Tune in and become a stronger leader.

Why not spend some time today on Theme 2 - Autonomy - we are joined by L. David Marquet of Intent Based Leadership and best-selling author of books Turn the Ship Around & Leadership is Language.
We then delve into real life practice in an interview with great thinker Henry Stewart of Happy Ltd. where he shares his real-life tried and tested ways to give employees freedom and autonomy.
