210 million+ views, 500k+ followers all from a tiny box bedroom

Previously I kept this from you

I always felt embarrassed that I didn’t have a fancy studio

I needed a space to create but with the business being sold I no longer had an office to use

I had to adapt.

I wanted to work from home, it allowed me to be around for my wife & son

So this is what I came up with

It shows you that you can create viral conversion content from anywhere

From this bedroom I have:

āœ… Hit 200,000,000+ in views

āœ… Created a faceless page from scratch & scaled to 100k followers in months for a laugh

āœ… Attracted more than 500,000 followers across socials

āœ…Add multiple 5 figure incomes to my clients and my own accounts

I’m now moving to a new space but I wanted to share this picture

It’s important to be authentic

I realise that now, I didn’t fully understand this before

I thought people would think less of me

Your lighting, background & audio is important

BUT there is always a solution

E’s Struggle was real

How to be like Ben šŸ‘‡

1. Map out a transformation that you have been through. If you want to coach someone through something you should have done it once yourself

2. Map out the pathway to get Client from A to B

3. Sell before you build, don’t waste time building, focus on your clients and give them what they need as they progress

4. Consistently create content around their pains, desires and limiting beliefs

How different were you 5 years ago?

I burst out laughing when I found this.

If you don’t feel slightly embarrassed when you see an old picture of yourself, you probably haven’t grown much

This T-shirt was actually the size of a 5 man tent

Look at the size of the logo too 🤣

I love it

Reminds me of how far I’ve come

eBusiness Boss helped me build my confidence

It took me ages to get over myself

At first, I was fixated on what others would think of me

If you look back on some of my old videos you’ll notice

I put on this cool cat persona

I wanted people to like me and think I was cool

I had this smoulder sort of look ā€œHey Guys, Nick hereā€ 🤣🤣🤣

I promised myself to just keep going, however I felt

And something happened

I stopped giving a s**t about what others thought

Not in a nasty way

I just started giving more of a s**t about myself

And the person I wanted to become

Make sure you take a look back at old pictures

In 5 years time you’ll be a different person

What sort of person will you be?

It’s your choice

150,000,000 million views since this picture was taken…

But I’ll forever be a student of this game

Humble enough to know where I suck

Confident enough to know where I’m great

When you get to the point where you’re not settling for anything different, you’ll see that it takes sacrifice.

The question is whether you think it’s worth it or not?

For me, yes, everything, every sacrifice has been worth it for where I am now.

And this post is here not to freak you out or stop you from trying to grow your business.

It’s here just to show you the reality

If you’re struggling, that’s a good sign. You are pushing into new territory.

Being ā€œaffordableā€ will cause you pain.

You’ll also end up with worse results for your clients.

This old phrase is widely repeated for a reason: ā€œYou get what you pay forā€.

If you provide an outcome for somebody what would that result be worth to them?

If you are confident in your ability to provide that outcome, price accordingly.

I work with incredible people and they are happy to pay me based on the outcome they know I can provide.

You need to be specific

The best thing that ever happened to me

August 26th, 2011 was a scary day

I was ill for a few months but nobody knew what was wrong

At first we thought it was Glandular Fever

It wasn’t that

I went for an Xray

ā€œAh, Nick I’m sorry to say your right lung has collaspedā€

I was very upset

The Doctor told me it was very common for a young man of my age

I still didn’t like the idea of having my lung reinflated

It turned out to be the least of my worries

My right lung had collapsed

But it hadn’t done this on its own

There was something more sinister going on

The next day I was checked into Hospital

I had a CT scan

Followed by a lot of tests

I sat down with a new Doctor the next day

The energy in the room was very different

ā€œNick, we’ve found something, I’m afraid to say it’s suspicious. You’ve got a large Cancerous tumour in the right hand side of your chestā€

I was immediately bluelighted to a Hosptial in London

F**K I THOUGHT

I’m going to die and I’ve been absolutely wasting my life

I was lucky

The NHS saved my life

The tumour was highly treatable with chemotherapy

The following 3 months of intense chemo were tough

At the beginning of my chemo they gave me a 60% chance of survival

I did not like those odds

But I knew I’d recover

The 11 hour operation nearly cost me my life

BUT I recovered

Tumour removed

My Hair grew back (I’ve had beautiful curly locks since)

Cancer turned my life around

I stopped partying

And started working on myself with a new outlook on life

I started getting into business

Met my amazing wife

We’ve now got a wonderful Son

And I appreciate the little things

I used to think success looked like money

Now I know success actually looks very different

The little things

Your health

Family

Growth

Building skills

Using every obstacle for fuel

Being a better person

Not wanting everything at once

Patience

When something bad happens in life, it’s ok to be upset

But just know it will pass

And you can use it to make life better

Here’s to your success

It will come

Just don’t forget the little things along the way

That’s where you’ll find the good stuff

32 year old Nick would of felt very confused

At that point, going Viral was the goal!

Ah young Nick, full of enthusiasm but lacking In strategy

In the space of 4 months, I went from around 15k followers to 350k followers on TikTok

But it was a nightmare

I lacked experience

Why did I want to go Viral?

I thought that was how I’d sell my course

Sure I sold some

$35k+

But it was unpredictable

And STRESSFUL

Now I don’t want to go viral

I want to connect with the the right people

To do this I follow a specific strategy

One that follows a formula

Think about who you are helping

Not what you want to sell

Guys don’t worry, the weather is terrible, very wet and cold

If you want to go somewhere nice to recharge, definitely don’t go to Greece šŸ‡¬šŸ‡·

The food DEFINITELY isn’t great

It’s raining and there is no sun

Plus it’s just really stressful

Some people will tell you; ā€œYoU NeEd To PoSt 3 x a DaY to gO ViRaLā€

Why would I want to go Viral?

For followers?

Cool, but will they want to work with me? That’s what I care about.

For that reason I post the follow content types every week

1. Problem awareness content: This is where you show the person you are trying to get in front of, that you’re aware of a problem they face (your product / service should also help with that)

2. Value / Educational content: Pretend the person you want to sell to is looking at your page. What sort of content would educate them within your area of expertise. Think step by step, tutorials etc

3. Unique Mechanism content: This sounds confusion but it’s not. Through your prep work you should uncover a unique process or feature of your product or service. In marketing we refer to this as your unique device. Explain the benefits of it and how you use it to solve problem from above

4. Hard sell content: You should make an offer everyday, through your content or email list. I used to be afraid to sell, not anymore. I know who I can help & I know how I can do it. I find it easy to sell. (Business owners if you aren’t getting far with your organic lead gen process, DM me: ā€œLead machineā€

5. Authority content: Show people your skills, show your transformation, show your results (yours or clients) show that you are a thought leader in your space
