2x20m OH Lunge
2x10 Bottom-up KB Press
Then:
"Death By 10m Carry" @ 2x 20kg or 70 # Sandbag (wedding position)
Walk/Run Carry every minute on the minute
Start at 10m, add 10m every minute until you can't make time limit
Try to complete 10-15 minutes
Then:
10x Two-hand KB Clean @ 2x 20-24kg +
Hit 1000w on AirDyne +
10x Two-hand KB Press/ Jerk @ 2x 20-24kg +
Hit 1000w on AirDyne +
10x Man-Maker @ 2x 20-30 # DBs +
Hit 1000w on AirDyne +
10x KB Rack Squat @ 2x 20-24kg +
