The Talent to Teach in FE programme allows second and final year undergraduates, and postgraduates to gain an insight into the FE sector by completing the programme. To participate, you must have a right to work and study in the UK. Students are encouraged to take part in the hope that a career within the FE sector will be a possibility in the future.

The 40-hour placements will be with a Further Education (FE) Provider, which could be a FE college or an Independent Training Provider (ITP), and will take place over the course of one or more weeks which will be agreed with you. Placements will be available from September 2022 to March 2023.
