Good day all round. Great to have the match day feeling back.
Last time I squatted this I was a lot fatter. 180kg Back Squat. Felt Good.
Great sesh with and Awful this morning.
Unreal few days at the gym recently. Had loooaaddddsss of people in. Even with the sh*tty weather. No excuses.

Plus she graduated onto the big plates today on the deadlift. Smashed it!

Meet . Claire came in today looking to build strength and lift heavy. She definitely did that!
Squats and Deadlifts today. Squat was 80kg for 5 and Deadlift was 85kg for 5. Followed by a nice row/burpee/GTOH finisher.
She smashed it and was smiling the whole way through. Great way to start the day.
Shame I forgot to get a classic gym photo at the end. Oh well. Next time!

Workout today:
5 x 10 Bench Press superset with Press-ups
5 x 10 Barbell Rows superset with Banded Rows.
Then into 4 rounds of:
1) 10 Deadlift @ 50kg
2) 10 Close Grip Bench
3) 5 Skull Crushers
Oh and she’s lost another 0.5kg since Monday. No biggie.
