Ronald McDonald House Tooting provides free 'home away from home' accommodation for families with children at St George's Hospital. Here, House Assistant Mohammed tells us about how they celebrated Mother’s Day!

"We all need a little bit of pampering every now and then, especially if you have a seriously sick child in hospital. So, on Mother’s Day, we presented all the amazing mums staying at the House with a goody bag full of beauty products for them to pamper themselves with, to help them feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

"The goody bag had various special treats including a hand, nail and cuticle cream, face mask, night balm moisturiser, chocolate, and a special message from the team.

"All the mums were surprised, and they really appreciated the gesture. We also set a writing competition asking mums what it means to be a Ronald McDonald House mum. Mum Susan won a pamper makeover (see pictures for the entry).

"We would like to say a huge thank you to Kelly from Glo Pamper for kindly donating the products for the goody bag. Without their support we wouldn’t have been able to mark the day.
