When I was 9 my mum took me to see Phantom of the Opera at the Adelaide Festival Theatre with the late Rob Guest as the Phantom. As the chandelier rose to that epic overture I held her hand and said “mummy I”m going to be in this show!” If you can dream it you can do it and 30 years later, after half a lifetime in London I’m delighted to be joining the brand new production of as The Jeweller and cover Phantom. The production will be opening at the house in September and then later move to the wonderful Melbourne Arts Centre. After a tough 18 months it’s such a blessing to be coming home to be part of this iconic show in the iconic I also can’t wait to be reunited with some old friends!!! I’m so thrilled to announce that I’ll be performing this Christmas Eve at an incredible VR & 2D live-streamed concert experience - A Fairy Tale Christmas 🎶🎄

This event is set in the beautiful Ely Cathedral alongside other talented performers from around the world. We will be hosted by Julian Bennett and .royale on the platform. You’ll be able to join us for this magical experience from the comfort of your own home, on-screen or with a VR headset.

Welcome my awesomely talented cousin Sam Brittain. He's no stranger to the West End sessions stage, especially when it graces Elli Beer's back garden in the Barossa. Really miss the days of performing Maggie Beer's Farm, hopefully again soon!

Producer Daniel Koek is crowdfunding to try and raise $6kAUD for a very special West End Sessions as part of the 2021 Adelaide Fringe Festival.

The show's ethos is simple, a night of intimate, world class entertainment like no other, with the aim of connecting the community with a variety of local artists, as well as providing mentorship and performance opportunities to aspiring young Australian performers. Our show was due to take place over 8 x nights at The Queens Theatre in Adelaide's own West End! However with the mounting risk of international travel, we will now be bringing an immense digital show direct to your living room! The show runs at around an hour and a half with 3 to 4 performers, a line up of West End royalty and festival favourites, plus our new emerging talent. With our musical director accompanying on live piano, songs range in style from MT to jazz, pop, rock, with an Australian centric theme. We endeavour to entertain the festival audiences with a wide range of artists and writing, reflecting the cultural diversity of modern Australia....

$45 - Can contribute towards running workshops for Youth Theatre
$55 - Can contribute to the funds needed for mentoring local talent
$65 - Can allow us to engage an audio technician for one hour
$85 - Can help cover the cost of a studio and lighting
$150 - Can help cover the cost of camera hire

Please welcome Phoebe Panaretos & Alex Gibson-Giorgo! Some of the amazing talent that has graced the West End Sessions stage of the years.

Please help bring my very popular London based show West End Sessions to the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2021. West End Sessions is a unique night of entertainment showcasing a diverse range of young and emerging talent alongside some of the West End's finest and most established performers. This year marks the 61st Birthday of The Adelaide Fringe Festival, and what better way to celebrate the first festival back post COVID-19 than by bringing West End Sessions to the West End of Adelaide, my home town.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

The Arts has been decimated by COVID-19 with very little support from the government. I'm aiming to raise around $6k AUD for the development of a very special West End Sessions - Live from London for an Adelaide Audience. The funds will be used to book talent, give digital workshops to emerging talent and of course the production of a first rate digital live stream. To include studio hire, cameras, lights, and digital streaming platform It all adds up and as most people know with any type of Fringe Festival it is completely artist produced and funded!
