It's International Women's Day and we thought you might be interested to know that the NSO team is majority women!
There are 6 of us: the director Andy, project managers Stacey and Emma, development and marketing officer Alison, teacher liaison officer Jenny and our strategic projects' coordinator Chris. All of us have science or IT backgrounds and none of us look alike. There is not one mustache or crazy hairdo (we think) between us!
What do you think of when you imagine a scientist? aims to celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness against bias and take action for equality. Try our Space Jobs activity with your friends and share what you learn, you may even find a space job that suits you.

Can you spot the JWST?
Taken on Friday 21st Jan 2022 by The Liverpool Telescope. Each still image is 1 minute apart with a 40 second exposure time. We are pretty proud of the LT as the JWST was 850,000 miles away!
