My name is Sabrina and I am an Intuitive Energy Healer, Spiritual Life Coach and Meditation Teacher from Hastings, UK.
From a very young age I’ve always believed that there is more to this world than what we can see or have been told about, which awakened my interest in the spiritual side of life. I’d ask myself questions such as is there life after death? Is there a God? And if nothing existed, what has kept people talking about it? Do we believe in something not proven? Not visible? And, what's the meaning of life?
During my teenage years my friends and I experimented with the Ouija board. Not knowing what had happened to us, we listened to our instincts and stopped using this tool to communicate with spirits. Later I learned how naïve we were and how much could have happened as we had no idea about protecting ourselves.
Years later in my early twenties I found my way back to spiritualism. I had never stopped believing in it or questioning about the other side, however I wanted to know more. But who to ask and where to go? At this time, I felt these types of conversations were inappropriate, something people shouldn’t talk about unless you wanted to be labelled a ‘freak’. Once I started talking about my beliefs, it allowed me to meet people along the way who had the same quest for spiritual understanding. A whole new world had been discovered to me.
I did my first past life regression and learned so much about my previous lives. Soon after I bought my first set of crystals and experienced my first readings. At first, I had been both sceptical but very curious, learning that maybe there is a way to communicate with higher beings. Why else would a ‘spiritual’ person know so many personal things about myself?
I remember one evening at a Chi Gong class, my teacher demonstrated Reiki on me for just 2 minutes. This was a truly life changing experience! After coming out of the class I felt as if I had just found my calling in life; working with energies. Something I’ve been searching for all my life. Weeks prior a very gifted medium told me that I have the ability to heal. At the time I did not understand what he meant as I had not seen myself as one, until now.
Reiki opened up a lot of doors for me. I started to attend development circles and found teachers in many different fields. Now I am a qualified Teaching Reiki Master and can offer myself as a channel to give access to this wonderful energy. But Reiki was just the beginning of my spiritual journey. I extended my knowledge and have learned many different ways to heal, balance out the chakra system, and cleanse auras & homes.
But most importantly, this path also led me on a self discovery journey. Question like: Who am I? Where am I and where do I want to be? What’s my personal meaning of life? Why am I here?, really showed me what I want.
