Can we just take a minute and give a big 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 for Brayan! 🔥🔥
We started working together 2 years ago, along with time his stamina, strength etc improved but I need a bit of his effort to put into his diet. I never stopped believing that one day he will “helps” me a bit in that part of his fitness journey. Finally 12 weeks ago he decided, It was time to give up on rubbish food and sweeties. He improved his eating habits and boom 💥 today we got exactly 2 stones down 🤩 👏🏽 unbelievable efforts in respect to transformation from him! I am so proud of him and I am super excited to see what’s next we will achieve!

Today I want to show you my whole weight lost process. From beginning I started 8 years ago after I had my daughter and I was dress size 18/20, weighted over 15 stones with my 165cm I was HUGE 🙈 Nicole was about 10 months and I was working full time I was single mum so not had much free time to get to the gym so started from balanced healthy diet and exercises from YouTube. I was so determined and motivated and It worked so after about a year I was lighter of almost 5 stones 😁💪🏽 Alongside my body shape, my entire life totally has changed. I was more confident, healthier and most of all I LIKED look at the mirror again! It was time when I decided to leave my current job and apply to college to study Fitness and Exercise and become Personal Trainer so I could help other to reach their goals. Following my dreams I also done my degree at UWS, I believed I could and I done it!
Every pound, inch I lost made me feel more confident and happy 😃.
As I said at the beginning it was 8 years ago, for last over 6 years I have been maintaining that weight (also had my second child 3.5 years ago) so that is what make me proud of myself and I am not shy to admit it. Yes I went hard long way to be size dress 6 (right now) but was it all worth? Hell yeah! Never been more pleased of how my body look like! With high confidence I am healthier and fitter! 💪🏽

Another great ongoing transformation 🔥 🙏
Linda has been training with me for last two months (with 2 weeks holidays break) and that’s what she’s already achieved in such a short time 🤩 so far total of 8.5 inches gone (over 21.5cm) from her waist, hip and tights 👌🏾

But the biggest achievement was to step into the gym! We started PTs sessions in her garden as she wasn’t confident enough to go to the gym, but two months later and now she loves working out at the gym floor 😍👏🏽💪🏽

She gives 100% effort every single time I see her, changed her diet, became more active every day and getting results she wants 👏🏽

We both can’t wait to see what’s next months will bring 🤩

Clients transformation 🤩💪🏽

I know most of you already seen Heather’s transformation before but she never stopped at what she achieved and she still keeps going 💪🏽

More changes can be seen, inches and weight is going down, body is getting in nice shape, muscles are nicely showing off but guess what? It DOES NOT happens because she sit down and done nothing!
She does PTs sessions twice a week and also attends my online classes every single week alongside with long walks. Not only her body changed, her strength, fitness, physical and mental health are on high levels 💪🏽💯
Every single session she gives 120%, pushing over her limits and never gives up 💪🏽👏🏽 incredible transformation 🤩
Cannot wait to see what else we can achieve!

Found my own old pictures 🙈 first one was taken 8 years ago, second one a few months later and last one is current one. It didn’t take me that long to achieve my “dream body” but once I done it I have been maintaining it since.
It was hard work, I am not saying it was easy, many things I had to give up on (sweeties, crap food etc) but trust me it was all worth it 💪🏽
With summer just behind the corner don’t wait till tomorrow, next week, next month... start today, right now! And in a few months you will be glad you did 😃

Hello everyone 😀 so today I have pushed myself to go to the gym and do my first workout since lockdown! Well I have been doing cardio all the time but no weights and the feeling after I done is unbelievable! I’m buzzing and can’t wait for next gym session! 💪🏽

Hi everyone! Hope everyone doing well during this hard time. It’s been long time since gyms have been temporary closed and it looks like it will be a few more weeks before we will be allowed to get back to work.

It means I will be still doing online fbx workouts 5-6 times a week (usually mornings) and outdoor/online PTs sessions till gyms will be reopened so if anyone looking for help to keep/back on the track with fitness don’t hesitate to contact me 😘

As I said at the beginning we all can get through it and we will be back to the gym eventually ❤️
It is hard to stay motivated doing home workouts but I can promise I will do all my best to help ❤️

We all have been put in total mess yesterday I know for some people gym doesn’t mean anything but for some it DOES play crucial role in their life and mental health and well-being!
That’s why this morning as of my unexpected day off on Saturday I woke up with smile on my face and positive thoughts in my head and went for jog/fast walk! I’m not runner I might be fit but it’s totally different type of training that’s why my time is not the best but it doesn’t matter to me at all! All important to me how I feel after this short time training! My head is clear I have new ideas how to encourage my clients to keep active during this difficult time and also thousands positive thoughts that this bad time will not lasts for so long! Together we CAN and we WILL get through all of it!
Find a spare 20 minutes/ half an hour, take ears phones, choose ur fav music and GO OUT mid walk/jog doesn’t matter how fast you run/walk all matters is how it will makes you feel afterwards!

Ongoing progress pictures of one of my clients Hayley who has been training with me since October 2019.

From the day she’s started she has lost 1.5 stones in body weight and 30cm overall !

Her fitness and strength levels incredible increase, we also corrected her techniques of squats and deadlifts 💪🏽 🏋️‍♀️ The most important thing she has done was changing her mindset and start eating tasty and healthy meals which given her all those benefits so far 👌🏾😍
