I think I was a little too motivated by Lynsey at boxercise tonight! The punch bag didn't stand a chance!
So after Caroline J putting me through 3 nights of transformation I thought will let's go and let Lynsey have a go and she worked me at boxercise I will be fit 🏋🏋🏋
Can't believe I've only 2 weeks left of my 1st PT term and I'm loving it!! Caroline J is fantastic and has me bang on track to up my fitness levels, each week I can feel myself getting better and pushing for more!!
