Our Living Well hub meets regularly at CentreStage in Kilmarnock allowing our patients and their carers to meet with our staff in a relaxed way.
We offer a programme of activities at each meeting including complementary therapy and art.
Art is very popular amongst our patients as they discover a talent they never knew they had whilst enjoying the mental health benefits it brings.
We're delighted to share some of the art our patients have recently produced.

New Birthday Action 🎉
This week is Kinship Care Week and we are celebrating our Creative Kin project in North Ayrshire in partnership with Children 1st.
As we reach the end of our 15th Birthday campaign, we are excited to release the second-to-last action: We will EMBED ourselves in North Ayrshire.
This is perfect this week as we celebrate our Creative Kin project in North Ayrshire with Children 1st, and all the wonderful families we work with.
This year we will also be touring SPIKE! - a dinosaur caper to CentreStage in Ayrshire! Another great opportunity to get to know more audiences and share Starcatchers' work. Book your tickets to see SPIKE! ➡️

A small but joyful class at CentreStage today - sun was shining, and feet were moving - look at those step peaks during our class! Hope to see our other Hustlers fully recovered and back in the studio next week 💜
Lovely Yoga class this morning @ CentreStage 🧘♀️ Thank you to all of you who are attending/have attended since last year. You are such a nice group of good souls 💜
After a wonderful long awaited break away up north it’s equally nice to be back! 🧘♀️ Being away from ‘normality’, having time out, not having to think about every day stuff is so enjoyable & relaxing.
Everyone needs a break, to rest our minds, as in our modern world, life can sometimes feel out of balance. ⚖️ Thankfully, practising Yoga helps to bring balance into your life. It helps to give your mind that break. Asana practice, meditation & mindfulness calms the mind. Even if only for an hour a week you are giving your body & mind what it needs.. It is so good for you physically, mentally & spiritually! 🙌
If you’d like more info or to be added to our Yoga Class mailing list/reserve list, please drop me a line 📲.
Pic of Glenshee on route home.. Life is a journey. ⛷ Yoga is too 🧘♀️

With soo much changing over past months (and years) we thought it might be helpful to share some info about our peer support led groups.

We also have a closed group where you can chat to other Mums or reach out for support Ayrshire Breastfeeding Centres
*Our Maybole group has recently changed from a Breastfeeding Drop-in to a Parent, Baby and Toddler Support group for all families.
👧Tea & Tots (previously Parent and Baby Cafes) are support groups for all families with small children, they offer support on all things infant feeding, introduction of solid foods, play at home and often host stories, songs and rhymes. Tea & Tots also host our outdoor walk at Eglinton park. Parent and Baby Cafes North Ayrshire
