It’s story time 📚
A lot has happened over the last 7 years.
So here’s a snippet of my journey to wholeheartedly falling in love and appreciating myself SO much…
That I don’t NEED it from elsewhere.
I hope with my honesty you can relate.

“Please don’t pick me”
That’s exactly what was going through my mind on Friday afternoon.
asked a room full of coaches to raise their hand if they weren’t doing anything inspirational right now.
I knew I wasn’t, at least not in the ways that I want to or use to.
But I still didn’t raise my hand.
So he proceeded to ask around the room to those who were confident they were…
‘What are you doing that is inspirational right now?’ 🏻
Do you know that feeling where you just want to melt into yourself or run out the room. THAT
He didn’t get round to me. I got off lucky.
But, it had the impact it was intended to.
It felt uncomfortable enough,
That I don’t ever want to be in a position where I can’t answer that question again ❌
You see recently…
Over the last 6 weeks of being home, I’ve been exposing myself to very little.
Tbh for the first time in a long time I’ve felt quite passionless in life.
Which is odd for me, I’m so used to being full of it.
I stopped asking myself good quality questions and doing the internal work.
So, I was no longer clear on what I really wanted as an individual.
Without that clarity, it’s easy to get stuck in your own head 😵💫
Distracted. Scattered. Taking no action.
That’s exactly what happened.
I wasn’t doing anything that moved the needle forward because I had no focus.
Friday came at the exact moment I needed it to.
After 6 weeks, it took 1 day💡
Infact, 1 uncomfortable moment & question to really make me see where I’d been falling short.
The bottom line is that you have to be willing get uncomfortable continuously.
You don’t just do one event, a photoshoot, achieve a body transformation and your mind is set for life 🤷🏼♀️
Because, the top of one mountain is always the bottom of the next 🏔️
So in order to continually feel inspired, have momentum & live a passionful life…
You have to continue to show up when you don’t want to, be curious, do the work that not everyone sees and find joy in the small daily discomforts.
If anything I hope my vulnerability and honesty has in some way inspired you🙏🏼

What if you just done it anyway? 👀
You stopped waiting on the self-confidence to start.

It’s funny how often this is misunderstood 💭
That you have to be confident to do “THE THING”.
To step inside the gym.
To wear the shorts or the dress.
To have your picture taken.
To go for a promotion at work.
I’ve been there myself.
Just sitting and waiting, like a lot of you out there.
For that ‘moment’ that was NEVER coming.
Harsh, but true 🤷🏼♀️
My waiting had me holding off on life and the opportunity to gain confidence in the first place.
You see, all these women above lacked the self-confidence they desired in one way or another.
They started from a place of vulnerability.
They leaned in even though they were uncomfortable.
Whether that be going to the gym for the first time, taking a post gym selfie or filming their lift.
All of which they weren’t confident to do.
Until, they started.
Then, they continued to invest time.
And the most valuable lesson of all…
They know they are going to have to do it time and time again 🔂
That self-confidence is situation specific.
Now look at them…
Speaking to crowds of people or on camera, to wearing the dress, going on date with yourself to even standing on the edge of a building.
If they want it, they know they sure as hell have to go after it 🏃🏼♀️
However, now they have proven to themselves they are capable of doing hard things and being vulnerable.
Which means, they’ve just made that process a whole lot easier for themselves.
You don’t have to be confident to start.
But you have to START to be confident.

We’re finally ready to share it with you
The arse of ourselves we made back in December when we arrived in Sydney for the first time.
Attempting to walk from Bondi to Manly 🙃
For anyone who knows Sydney, knows this is a trek and a half.
We had seen a sign saying ‘Manly Coastal Walk’ and thought let’s go for it!
An hour or so later….
There was certainly no Manly in sight 🤣
So we done what we should have done to begin with…
Our research. Asked for help.
No longer taking matters into our own hands in unfamiliar territory.
Letting our ‘independent women’ ego get ahead of us.
We’re still thankful to the woman who laughed at us and told us to walk no further.
She shared everything we needed to know so that we could save Manly for another day.
That day was today 🥲
Much better equipped and clued up.
We stepped on the ferry. YES, we had to get a FERRY ⛴️ 🤣
It turned out to be one of favourite days of our travels yet.
So if you can learn anything from our mistake ⤵️
Put your ego to one side and stop trying to go it alone.
Raise your hand and ask for help when you feel like you’re going round in circles.
Embrace humility and not always getting it right first time.
If you look to the right people, knowledge will mean you never have to make the same mistake twice.

In my 26 years of being on this earth,
I’d probably have caught a decent, streak-free, golden tan…
If I’d stuck it out long enough.
We all know it takes time ⏰
Making sure that you can sustain the heat.
Not doing anything rash or careless 🔥
I think it’s boring and unsexy AF tbh.
I’m not afraid to admit it 🙄😂
Lying saturated in your own sweat.
Hoping and praying 5 more minutes will do the job 🙏🏼
I’ve always found it uncomfortable as hell.
Itching to launch myself into the pool + jack it in 🌊
Only to then reapply the SPF and get ‘back on it’
Sounds a bit familiar doesn’t it? 😉
But still a lot of us want one.
The golden tan.
So we endure it 🥵
We don’t care about how uncomfortable it is, as long as we get there.
So I’mma tell ya…
Anything that you desire or want in your life, where you have to go through a feeling of being uncomfortable is NO different!
The sky high energy🔋
Losing the body fat and ending the ‘diet’ you feel you’ve been on your whole life.
Having the most phenomenal relationship with food that you don’t have to cheat, treat or be NAUGHTY 👹
Building a physique that is strong, robust and fit for EVERY day.
Having confidence to do whatever, whenever and never miss out on a thing 🕺🏼
It never will be an overnight success.
Just the same as the next time your on that sun lounger…
It won’t be a 5 minute affair! 💡
Sustained. Effort. Over. Time.

The one with Christmas in the jungle 🌴🦃❤️
Spending the day away from loved ones at home was harder than anticipated.
But, nonetheless a year I’ll definitely never forget.
Hope all of you managed to find joy, smiles & laughter in some way! ✨
“I can’t train next to you” 🤯
Those were the exact words another woman in the gym said to me a few weeks ago.
To which I replied, “Sorry?”…
She repeated “I can’t train next to you. You look too good”.
Followed by her collecting her things and leaving.
As you can imagine, I felt incredibly guilty in that moment.
For coming over into the space where she was working.
Having potentially made her feel uncomfortable.
And even more so, I actually started to question how I was choosing to show up in the gym.
But the thing is…
I’ve worked incredibly hard to be in the position I am now.
To be able to navigate the gym with unshakable confidence.
To train comfortably wearing less clothing (because I’m a sweaty bitch lol) 🥵
6 years ago, I used to dream about owning the space and training at the level I do now.
I’d watch other women in admiration as they would do exactly that.
I quickly recognised moments later that the woman had obviously meant for this to be a compliment.
Fortunately for me, the confidence I’ve taken years to build means…
I won’t cover myself up or change how I move freely around the gym.
But if this was someone else, it could have had adverse effects.
Which is why we should never make assumptions based on someone's physique.
So, my message to you is this 👇🏻
To any woman who feels like they don’t belong in the gym…
Or better yet, to move alongside a woman like me because I “look too good”.
Please know, one of my biggest missions at this point in my life is to inspire other women.
To empower you + open your eyes to what the human body is capable of.
To jump through less hoops than I did to get here.
To move freely in and out the gym, with less clothes on and completely own the space.
Training and knowing you’re s**t hot at it 😉
NEVER to be the reason you want to run or hide away ❤️🔥
This girl is going, going, gone 🤠
A one way ticket.
A life in 2 bags.
A best mate, business partner + Soul Sister alongside me.
What a journey it has been leading up to this day. One hell of a year.
But we made it happen and I’m so proud of us!
For the risks and emotional rollercoasters taken 🎢
Here’s to not knowing what lies ahead and embracing the unknown.
There’s always something so incredibly exciting about not having it all figured out.
It’s about high time I got on the flight I said I would for the last 6 years 🗺️
Always knew I was custom made for moving on ❤️🔥

Confidence is a mindset 🧠⚡️
Adopting this mindset, seen our client run her first ever 5km last week 🏃🏼♀️
The only thing that changed was the “wee voice in her heed”.
You know, the one we all have at times? 👀
That tells you all the reasons why you ‘can’t’ do it.
For Moyra, the 5km goal has been “years in the making on and off with many interruptions and negative self talk”.
A common misconception with confidence is that it is a place of comfort and fearlessness.
But, it’s quite the opposite 💡
You must go where confidence isn’t present, feel the fear and do it anyway.
Only then will you have the evidence and reasoning to silence that inner critic 🤫
The voice that is always holding you back.
Moyra went from telling herself she’ll “see what happens”...
To a journal entry, in black and white of “It will happen” ✍️
And sure as hell it did!
We can’t wait to see what is next for her after the year of growth she has had 📈

What a Saturday 😍

It’s bottoms up for the Soul Society coaches for 30th🍸💃🏼
I use to wear it as a badge of honour 👇🏻
Being a bottomless pit.
It was Becky vs. FOOD 🦸♀️
“You’ll never eat all of that”.
“Your ee’s bigger than your belly”.
To which I’d respond… “Watch me!” 👀
And they did.
Relatives, friends, ex’s.
All shook because I could out-eat them.
I’m actually sure me and first bonded over how much we could put away for being 5ft f**k all.
It’s only over the last 3 years, I’ve really ensured the quality and QUANTITY of my nutrition aligns with how I want to feel.
Beforehand, I’d normalised eating until uncomfortably full.
Unbuttoning my trousers at the dinner table happened almost every sitting 🤮
Even when eating out at a restaurant.
Severe bloating and genuinely feeling disgusted with my body afterwards.
BUT, it always tasted SO good at the time.
Plus, I’d always been told the importance of finishing everything on my plate. Anyone else? 🙋🏼♀️
Because, it’s a waste if you don’t. Right?
These learned behaviours skew our perception of what “eating until full” really is.
If you’re stuffed, it’s usually a sign of over-eating.
One of the most valuable things I’ve learned to do with my nutrition is…
Allowing my brain to catch up with my stomach 🧠
Checking in with my body whilst I’m eating.
Being aware of when I feel satisfied and no longer hungry.
Which creates more mindfulness, gives you more control and also helps digestion.
Meaning less of those uncomfortable unnecessary moments in your own skin after a meal 😮💨

Ladies, if you’ve not said it out loud, I can bet you’ve thought it…
“I feel like a whale” 🥴
Maybe not those exact words but something along those lines.
It’s one of those days…
You’ve woken up, looked in the mirror and thought “Ew”.
You don’t feel comfortable in anything you put on, you just want to hide away.
Bloated, frustrated and hating on your body.
But hold on…
Yesterday you didn’t feel this way 🤔
Yesterday you didn’t second guess your outfit and felt the most comfortable you’ve felt in your skin in a long time.
So what’s changed?
Certainly not your body.
The fact of the matter is how you look has not changed from one day to the next.
How you view yourself has.
So the next time you feel this way…
Instead of thinking “What’s the point?”,
Throwing in the towel with the healthy habits and routine you’ve created…
To just feel this way anyway.
Remember, It’s 1 day.
We should all know that 1 hot day doesn’t make a summer.
So, accept that some days when you look in the mirror how you feel is just that.
A feeling, not reality.

I love country music and it’s pretty much a constant in my daily life 🤠
It does things to my energy, mood and soul like no other tunes can do.
Because, you see, what most country singers tend to do is tell a story…
Meaning there can be a lot to be learned between the lines 😉
If you could listen to some of the lyrics and adapt a similar mentality…
💭You would be more grateful for what you do have in life and not what you don’t.
💭You would grab every opportunity with both hands because you knew it would not be around forever.
💭You’d understand that leaning into difficulty, challenge and doing hard things NOW is worth the freedom and enjoyment in your life down the line.
💭You would care less about the desires or what is important to others and more about what is important to you.
💭You would be proud of yourself and not allow anyone elses perceptions of success to change that.
💭Life would be too short to continue to not love or have passion for what you’re doing for a living.
💭You would realise that every cloud has a silver lining.
Even the break-ups that at the time felt like your whole world was ending.
People leave and more often than not it’s a blessing in disguise.
💭Your focus would be on the many aspects that make your life rich beyond money. Faith, family and friends.
(Faith for me being that good will always come and everything always works out).
It really is the simple things that truly count.
