What’s an amazing morning at the allotment
Vikki and Imani took a small group of children to start planting the seeds and exploring our allotment.
We are lucky to have two volunteers with endless knowledge on the natural environment and how to make the best of our allotment , giving the children the rich opportunities to learn.
It was so amazing to see the children being so curious about our natural environment.
We found mini beasts and frogs and we had a visit from one of the resident robins.🐞🐜🪰🕷️🐸
After all the rain the plants are growing and we have worked hard to cut back all the brambles and grass so that they children have areas to dig and plant seeds.
We are looking forward to visiting the allotment again over the next few weeks 🌱
