My wife Maria and I have been working with Lisa since November 2018. Previously We have joined Gym's and purchased equipment, spending significant money with the wrong mindset, minimal motivation and not achieving the results we desired. So we contacted Lisa, who came to see us to discuss what we wanted and our short/long term goals.
Maria completed the 2019 London Marathon in April. This was key factor in working with Lisa. Lisa went running with Maria, provided running training programmes and support during Maria's training for the Marathon.
With a busy family schedule and lifestyle, it is always difficult to plan training and exercise - there is always an excuse to not train. Having the flexibility to train at home or at Lisa's gym at a time that suits us meant there were no excuses. Knowing Lisa is going to knock at your door and put you through your paces is brilliant.
Lisa has revolutionised our lives - We fitter, stronger, healthier and energised. Our mentality has changed. Lisa provides us with a complete personalised PT service, always on hand when we need her providing us with support and motivation.
This includes diet plans, training plans, exercises and stretches. If we do have a "bad day" Lisa is there to get us back on track! There is a great relationship and bond which makes it different from other PT's we have had...

Lisa Bone workout ποΈββοΈ complete! My arms ,Glutes and thighs are sore so I decided to go with abs! And then 10km on the bike π², Iβm feeling amazing! Working out really does produce endorphins which help with pain receptors allowing me to workout through the doms pain and triggering happy feel good thoughts Woop ππ» love it π Lisa's personal training
So my legs are quite sore from yesterday so I decided to concentrate on upper body with a little legs! I did some jumping jacks in between to raise the heart rate a little! Went in with the intention of doing 20+cycling but ended up enjoying myself and spend 40 mins +a quick 5 km on bike after! ππ» feeling sooo motivated thanks to LISABONE hope your enjoying yourself π Lisa's personal training

Pt session 9, oh my goodness had such a laugh π during this workout ποΈββοΈ, love it when your workouts are fun, it seriously helps you get through the burn! And by burn I mean not only was this core workout a killer, but I burn my back yesterday whilst painting the kids playhouse, it was seriously hot π₯΅ yesterday ! . Thank you Lisa's personal training loved this workout!
