My dear friends and colleagues, as you know I have not been able to run any face-to-face trainings or events in the last few months, due to the quarantine restrictions. Some of you will know that I have rented a room from 1st March at the Wren Nest Business Centre in Glossop, in the hope to expand my offerings to the local community - I have managed to run one course in mid-March, but obviously it has been standing empty since then. I am very much hoping that, with all the appropriate precautions I will be able to open my lovely Sand & Sound Centre from September, and expect to offer a lovely menu of events, classes, trainings and other happenings... I will be posting some info shortly, and hope to see you in my new space very soon

It is a simple approach I've developed some years ago before I knew of the wonderful Picture Tapping Technique (which I can highly recommend to train in with Phil Davis & Chris Sutton) - it has some overlaps but is somewhat different, and it particularly useful for regulating strong emotions, as well as for self-help

I have not sent out any newsletters for donkey's years, partly because I have mostly been teaching in-house courses for organisations, and partly because my website had to undergo quite a lot of changes and the old subscription system wasn't working on it any more. I've finally got the subscription function up and running again on the site - so if you want to get occasional updates (probably about once a month, so that it won't overwhelm your inbox!) on the events, trainings and other interesting happenings - there are quite a few coming up! - feel free to sign up via my website - scroll down to the Subscribe button. PLEASE NOTE - if you have subscribed previously and wish to continue receiving updates from me, you would need to re-subscribe. www.practicalhappiness.co.uk
