🍫 let’s talk about sugar 🍫 my toddler won’t go to sleep tonight and then I suddenly realised how much sugar she unintentionally had today! Sugar can also be hidden in seemingly nutritious products including granola bars, flavored yogurts, "healthy" cereals, pasta sauces, ketchup… the list goes on. If your child has mood swings or doesn’t sleep well take a good look at their diet and go hunting for those hidden sugars
🌊 water🌊 did you know that there is actual scientific evidence that shows that being by the water is good for the mind and the body. It’s not only the sea and coastline that’s good for you, but also rivers, lakes, canals, waterfalls, even fountains so get out and find some of that blue stuff

🧘🏼♀️ child’s pose🧘🏿♀️ The simplest movements can be the most effective. As a mum of two I very rarely have time to do a full yoga session. Often I just take a few minutes to sit in child’s pose, to stretch, to reflect, to pause. Try your hands if different positions to see what’s most comfortable for you and see if your own child copies
