Please be reminded that tomorrow (Tuesday 3rd January) is an INSET Day. Children return to school on Wednesday 4th January 2017. We look forward to welcoming them all back after the Christmas break.

We would like to wish all of our school community a Happy New Year.

Please can parents of children in Years 3 and 4 ensure that they have handed in the permission slip for the Pedestrian Skills training on Monday 5th December. Without permission, your child will not be able to take part.

A reminder that this Thursday is 'Stay and Make' morning for Years 1 - 6. Come and get creative with your children!

'Robin Hood; The Pantomime' was a roaring success yesterday afternoon. Many of the children have commented on how entertaining and enjoyable it was and laughter could be heard ringing through the building. We are now looking to book 'Jack and the Beanstalk' for December 2017!

Well done to the children in Year 3 who put on a fantastic assembly this morning all about the Tudors. We particularly loved their rhymes about the wives of Henry VIII and their Tudor dancing. We hope they will enjoy their visit to Hampton Court Palace later this term.

A few reminders about upcoming events:

Tomorrow is the Online Safety Workshop for parents. Please sign up to a session if you have not already done so.

Year 3 will be presenting their class assembly on Thursday morning at 9am. All are welcome to come and watch.

Next Thursday (1st December) is 'Stay & Make' morning. We hope to see lots of you in school getting creative! Remember to call the school office if you require the creche facility.

A reminder that it is Parents' Evening tonight and tomorrow after school. Please make sure you have made an appointment with your child's class teacher and that you attend. This is an opportunity to discuss the progress your child is making and how we can continue to work in partnership to best support their learning and development.

The Book Fair is coming to school on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th November. It will be held in the Meeting Room (formerly the Family Room) both before school and after school, during Parents Evening. Please come along and buy a book or a few Christmas gifts. Cash or cheques only please.

Congratulations to the children in Years 3 and 4 who took part in the Feltham Partnership Schools Sports Association football tournament held at our school today. It was attended by 8 local schools and the children should be proud of their effort and determination.

We would like to wish all our children and their families an enjoyable half term holiday. Please be reminded that the children return to school on Tuesday 1st November.
