I bet you there is a unbearable amount of souls that arrive at the after life still filled with untouched gifts that waited to be unleashed.

I wonder how many people had regret of not exploring, expanding and delivering their talents to the world, not ever knowing how it feels to be admired for such endearing qualities and gifts.

I didn’t ever want to be THAT person that has regret or lives 1/2 a life dipping a toe into vulnerability every so often.
Whether a experience flourishes or fails, we are meant to live it to get us onto the next section of our journey.
Fails we learn by just as much as we do when we flourish - it just lands slightly differently :/

What’s your idea of success?

It’s different for everyone right?
For me, if I’m happy, I’m successful.

My job is the fulfilment, money is my security, love is my gift, happy means I’m being successful at life.

In a nutshell, happiness is my everything and it has always been my motivator. The more we lean into what makes us happy, the more our energetic being is ignited.
Sometimes it is that simple.

Finding the good stuff in life that gives you the ‘oh yeah’ ‘oh la la’ ‘ahhh’ state is what I do & what I help others do.

I love removing the crap in peoples lives that gets in the way of joy & success, abolishing the negative & driving the self belief so each individual can also reach their happiness.

Everyone has their own happiness frequency that they tune into, just like tuning into a radio station of your preference.
Some will be Jazz Fm, others Smooth or Absolute 90’s - You’ve just got to make sure you tune in to what you need, when you need it.

I love helping people find their own frequency & show them how to access it exactly when they need to.
For years many of us have danced to someone else’s tune rather than our own, getting so lost in the process amongst our busy world.

The access to entire happiness is 100% a internal affair garnished with external accessories.
(Not the other way round)

Until you rid the crap, find your own frequency & light it up deep within you - the searching through stations will remain, waiting for the ‘oh la la’ ah ha’ moments.

Are you a 60’s/70’s Child?

If so, you could well know where I’m coming from here.

Parenting has certainly progressed since my childhood days. Some ideals I wish we could go back to the 70’s for, for the sake of my own children ie: zero devices, quieter roads, Sunday shutdown BUT there are some things that have moved on for the better.

I definitely wasn’t bought up to be ‘seen and not heard’ but I was bought up, like many 70’s kids, to please. To please parents, teachers, parents friends, long distance family & anyone else we may bump into. This did result in many kids having to surpress who they really were, their spark, their voice in order to be compliant to what was expected.

It seemed to be the overriding priority to make sure everyone was happy with me & I didn’t really learn how I could be happy with me.

Well into my adulthood I was still learning this & to a certain degree, I still struggle to check in with me 1st before I agree to pleasing others.
The trouble here is that others around me became used to me pleasing & thought I had ‘changed’ when I said no, turned down a invitation or corrected their tone towards me.

It’s a pattern and behaviour I have found really hard to break. I was taught that I should want everyone to like me, everyone to think I was a good person. But, as we all know, this is impossible and you end up lying to yourself and betraying your own moral compass in order to be liked.

This is still something I see many of my clients struggling with as it’s been fed into our makeup from such an early age.
In actual fact, now I see that trying to get everyone to like you is kinda manipulating. The action of curbing people to like you by pleasing and not just being you.
How much of what we say, do, hang out with, listen to, tolerate, is down to pleasing people - possibly at the detriment of our own wellness?

Losing yourself and your life in a whirlpool of things that have happened to you or around you?

Knowing that you may have people that might be there for you but don’t understand how you feel. How can they, when you don’t completely understand yourself.

Knowing that you are existing and not living by the ideals you have created in your vision.
That your plans are very often around other peoples needs, it’s easier that way and keeps the peace.

Knowing that you have a complete life awaiting that you once planned but are still waiting to start.

The dissatisfaction is crippling and you’re uncertain where the problem lies or where to start sorting.
You know it’s time to get your life back, on your terms, where you can have a voice, know your direction and positively glow in your own skin.

You’ve made life about everyone else for so long, you’ve forgotten what your life’s about and feel a little guilty for even fantasising about your own plans.

Enough!! You’re not alone, there is a tribe of women like us and when you lean into that support, your inner and outer world transforms into something beautiful.

I’m not trying to cure anxiety in 2 sentences, as someone who has also suffered, I know it’s not that easy.

Stripping back the bare bones of general anxiety, it’s pretty likely that most people are anxious about the next move - in anything.

It’s very often not even about the big stuff but the smaller details that make up our day.

In a heightened state we can build anxiety about nipping to the shop, going to work, driving, seeing friends, making a phone call.
We know it’s not rational to fret about such things that we didn’t think twice about previously but in a heightened state, that’s exactly what we do.

Will you have a panic attack while in Tesco’s, will you arrive at the bar & be so anxious that you just can’t wait to leave, will you burst into tears mid meeting at work, can everyone see the panic in your eyes & heart palpitations.

What we do know is that avoidance only gives more strength to our anxious state, confirming that we have something to fear.

So, instead of trying to figure out ways that you can avoid or re navigate the action/situation, focus on exhaling, calming & re writing the wave of anxiety.

💕Start by stopping focusing on the action you are fearing, remove the hurdle from your mind & bring yourself to the present.
💕Breathe into your stomach & exhale every last bit of oxygen out of your body before another inhale.
Bring your attention to your breath.
💕Re write your internal dialogue to variations of the following;

- I’ve got this, I can handle this.
- Nothing bad will happen to me.
- I am strong enough.
- I have full control.

This repeated over & over will gradually strengthen your mind into knowing there is nothing to fear.

I would hate to even make a guess as how many people are simply existing in the world and not truly living. We get caught right? we get wrapped up in our jobs, to do lists, school events to attend, housework just to get us through till the next day. What about the loop we get stuck in within our own minds?...

I want to be ALIVE - The Blissful Life Start living not existing Simply existing is not enough, we need to be fully living our lives and feeling every movement within it. We are required to keep growing.


Just adore this, it says everything about a woman who knows who she is.

The woman who knows where she is going but is free enough and trusting enough to not need control of how she gets there.

The woman who has enough experience and heart to be able to share with others without starving herself.

The woman who doesn’t fear judgement because she knows exactly who she is, and that’s what matters to her.

The woman who freely gives without requiring recognition.

The woman who can never be held like a possession for she belongs to herself and the universe.

The woman who rarely feels alone because her connection to life and her chosen people is so nourished.

The woman who has risen to this place of entirety because she has known pain, struggle and fear - has felt it deep in her core and has healed herself because she finally chose herself.

Correct, these woman don’t pass by very often, in fact you may not of even met one before.

This was my journey, one that will always be ongoing for me as I keep rising.
On my journey I teach others the same:

Rise to be the greatest version of you, ooze the loving essence of your being, live freely choosing your next move, teach others how to rise, nourish your uniqueness, be playful with life, hold value for yourself.

When we can’t find our answers or direction it’s easy to ask the people around us for guidance. This opens up the conversation to explore options.
The actual knowing is already deep within you & very often the noise of others, the social media, society can send you on a detour that just confuses you even more.

You need to silence the noise around you, other peoples opinions, influencers, society -
You need to sit in your silence & ask yourself the questions you wish to find answers to.

Without the heart and head having a battle, explore what that instant gut pull said at the very beginning.
What message, answer dropped in straight away?

It can be a bit unclear and foggy when you start doing this but keep going.

When you peddle back & ask yourself the question again & accept the answer that pops in, then you can use the heart & logic to navigate HOW you do it/ get there/ proceed.

For most things in life, we know the answer already, quickly - we just don’t always either want to admit it or have the want to do something about it.

In all honesty, if you’re looking for answers to something that doesn’t feel right or you want to change, then you need to be prepared to follow up with doing the work to change it, however uncomfortable.

Other answers may take a little more time or digging around because it’s likely that you’ve either parked the question for a very long time & your conscious mind will instantly respond with your same programmed answer


You’ve buried the answer because it’s just too difficult to face doing what you know, in you heart & gut, what you need to do.

Be in your silence

Wise advice 🙌🏼

Life advice from a psychotherapist:
1. Don’t call someone more than twice continuously. If they don’t pick up your call, presume they have something important to attend to.

2. Return money that you have borrowed even before the person that borrowed you remember or ask for it. It shows your integrity and character. Same goes with umbrellas, pens and lunch boxes.

3. Never order the expensive dish on the menu when someone is giving you a lunch/dinner.

4. Don’t ask awkward questions like ‘Oh so you aren’t married yet?’ Or ‘Don’t you have kids’ or ‘Why didn’t you buy a house?’ Or why don't you buy a car? For God’s sake it isn’t your problem.

5. Always open the door for the person coming behind you. It doesn’t matter if it is a guy or a girl, senior or junior. You don’t grow small by treating someone well in public.

6. If you take a taxi with a friend and he/she pays now, try paying next time.

7. Respect different shades of opinions. Remember what's 6 to you will appear 9 to someone facing you. Besides, second opinion is good for an alternative.

8. Never interrupt people talking. Allow them to pour it out. As they say, hear them all and filter them all.

9. If you tease someone, and they don’t seem to enjoy it, stop it and never do it again. It encourages one to do more and it shows how appreciative you're.

10. Say “thank you” when someone is helping you.

11. Praise publicly. Criticise (if you have to) silently.

12. There’s almost never a reason to comment on someone’s weight. Just say, “You look fantastic.” If they want to talk about losing weight, they will.

13. When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe left or right. You never know what’s next.

14. If a colleague tells you they have a doctors' appointment, don’t ask what it’s for, just say "I hope you’re okay". Don’t put them in the uncomfortable position of having to tell you their personal illness. If they want you to know, they'll do so without your inquisitiveness.

15. Treat the cleaner with the same respect as the CEO. Nobody is impressed at how rude you can treat someone below you but people will notice if you treat them with respect.

16. If a person is speaking directly to you, staring at your phone is rude.

17. Never give advice until you’re asked.

18. When meeting someone after a long time, unless they want to talk about it, don’t ask them their age or their salary.

19. Mind your business unless anything involves you directly - just stay out of it.

20. Remove your sunglasses if you are talking to anyone in the street. It is a sign of respect. More so, eye contact is as important as your speech.

21. Never talk about your riches in the midst of the poor. Similarly, don't talk about your children in the midst of the barren.

22.After reading a good message try to say, “Thanks for the message".
