Job Duties:

Providing office support including customer and employee support.
Manage recruitment for a variety of different roles in the organisation
Maintain a central filling system for business activity
Make travel amendments for employees
Be readily available to note take for a variety of different meetings

Building relationships with clients
Prepare an adequate supply of documentation by printing, copying and binding
Writing and editing company correspondence
Assisting with minor technical support
Scheduling appointments and events
Managing petty cash and its outgoings
