We require someone to join our vibrant team at Social Care Academy, we are looking for an experienced individual to carry out office administration and secretarial duties FOUR days a week ( 30 Hours) 9am-5pm

Job Duties:

Answering and actioning incoming calls
Sending faxes and emails
Ordering office stationary and other supplies such as uniform
Keeping computer databases up to date
Providing office support including customer and employee support.
Manage recruitment for a variety of different roles in the organisation
Maintain a central filling system for business activity
Make travel amendments for employees
Be readily available to note take for a variety of different meetings
Learn about the company's missions and available products/services
Building relationships with clients
Prepare an adequate supply of documentation by printing, copying and binding
Writing and editing company correspondence
Assisting with minor technical support
Scheduling appointments and events
Managing petty cash and its outgoings
Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and refreshments
During your normal working hours you may be required to provide care to our clients in the event of staff sickness
