Attention Ladies....I have been notified that a couple of serious incidents involving cars trying to pull female drivers over saying they are the police. NEVER pull over!! Lock your doors..Immediately call 999 even whilst driving, the police will allow you to do this, continue to talk to them, continue driving until you get to a populated well lit place like a supermarket or large petrol garage. If it is the police behind you they won't mind and will accept this.. please stay safe!!

Sadly our 4 week course has come to an end....My ladies have become my heros...they are true warriors!!! So much so I have agreed to continue for a further 2 weeks...Previous participants will be receiving an invite!! cant wait!!! photos and videos to follow
Week 3 and my ladies are turning into warriors...courage and bravery!! Recapped on previous 2 weeks. Looked at rear pushes to the ground, battling someone sitting across the chest...well done think week...so proud..!! 💪💪💪

This course has been designed specifically for women. Education in awareness, learn how to avoid and defuse. Simple but effective techniques that will help you escape from grabs, holds and floor attacks allowing you to get to SAFETY!

New course available in November 2016. 4 week course beginning Monday 7th Novemeber @ 7.45pm to Monday 28th November.
Building confidence whilst learning how to improve your awareness, how to read body language to help avoid a situation. Effective yet simple techniques to use should an attack occur.
Game playing that will show you how your body works so you can work with it.
You will not be learning how to fight but how to avoid, defuse and protect yourself physically should you need to.
It a all about keeping yourself and those with you safe.
All levels welcome. Ages 14 years and up.
