Would like to thank Foundation Scotland for the generous grant of £2,000 towards our ESOL course for young people.

In addition to the recently advertised employability courses starting at Skillnet in January 2013, we now run a bespoke service targeting minority young people aged 16 – 24.

Please note that all our services are open to visible and non-visible minority groups including Eastern Europeans and European Migrant Workers.

Through our MY (minority youth) project, we can provide one-to-one support tailored to individual goals as well as courses and workshops tailored to group demand and expressed need.

The support we offer can incorporate ESOL, confidence building and employability skills such as job search activities, interview skills, CV development and completing online job applications.

If you know of any young people that may benefit from this service, we are happy to consider individual and group referrals.

For further information call Skillnet on 0131 475 2452.

would like to thank all the guests who attended and supported our Annual Graduation. Particular thanks to our guest speaker, Keith Wimbles, Chief Executive of Voluntary action Fund, Professor Fernando Diniz, from our partner, Community Organisation for Race Equality, and Professor Geoff Palmer, Trustee of Skillnet.
